Hi all...my last post was 4 Feb 2017
I am in South Florida and I am working with an Attorney for my AOS matter to change my status after marrying my beautiful wife.
my Case number starts with MSC
Dec 13 2016 - Documentation rec'd by USCIS
Dec 31 2016 - acknowledgement receipt received
Jan 27 2017 - Did bio-metrics.....(Kendall - South Florida)
Today (March 12 2017) is day 90 since USCIS rec'd my documents.......and nothing yet....no EAD approval...nothing, nada, Zip, Zero.
I am going to ask my attorney to raise a service request Tomorrow (day 91) to see what is happening....
is there anyone out there with similar timelines and information that is wiling to share experiences....???

12/18/16 - Received notice saying biometrics are available at USCIS and will be used ; not necessary for me to have a biometrics appointment
02/21/17 - 75+ day Service request
02/28/17 - Response to service request saying the case is being processed and I will hear back shortly.
03/10/17 - Received notice saying EAD has been approved and will be mailed out to me.

SR for OPT EAD card today and it will take 30 days to response
Hello all,
My case for EAD card (I-765) for first time OPT received on 12/16/2016. I did not receive request for any additional document. After 80 days I called NCSC for a service request (SR). The customer care rep. provided me a confirm. no. for SR and said they will respond by 30 days by phone or email or mail.
How long usually it takes for SR to process? What else I can do to expedite. I will talk to my University soon to get help.

Processing centers and times
Hello,
I'm a US citizen and my spouse filed for I-130, I-485, and I-765 around December 18th, 2016. The packet was received Dec. 21st, 2016. Fingerprinting was completed Feb 02, 2017.
How do we know which processing center the packet went to? (We couldn't tell from the receipt info).
And is there anyone who applied in similar time frame who expects to be receiving their work permit soon?
