Waiting for SSN
Hi, my EAD was approved on 28-Feb-2020, I received the EAD card on hand on 05-March, still waiting for SSN card. How long should I wait? Please share your experience.

How do you get notified on changes on your case?
Hi all,
I am still waiting on my EAD to be approved (4 months already passed), it can take up to 5 months I read on the USCIS webpage. I have called a couple of times with the USCIS but nothing I can do to shorten the processing time. My expedite request was denied unfortunately, and probably nothing else I can do then wait??
In that case, do you guys know whether you get notified by email once the status changes on your case file? I have signed up on the USCIS webpage to follow my case, but e.g. I did not see a status change online about that I would receive a additional request for evidence. I was surprised when I got a letter in my mailbox, and not knowing this upfront. I do ask this question so I do not have to check the online portal every day to see if there are any changes, it drives me nuts!

after long 8-9 months finally

and now as of yesterday march 9 i got notice that my i-485 is ready to be scheduled. '
now just have to wait to see when that interview date is
God is good! again guys pray hard. stay strong and remain hopeful.
now just 2 more final steps. get my doctor examination and get that Green card sooner than it thought hopefully!!!

EAD Renewal > PD JUNE 10th
Hello everyone!
First time posting in the forum - I have been a silent reader. I will share my time frame so many can relax or stress out like i am! My PD is JUN 10 and still shows Card Received. My lawyer sent an inquiry in JAN, they said it was still on security checks. A Congressman sent a letter and they replied that it is on extended review (That was 2 weeks ago). Today I formerly have 9 month waiting. Next 25 of March - if i don´t receive my new EAD i will have to leave my work. This is my 3rd renewal process. I dont understand why this time it has such delay!

Waiting and more waiting
Hi guys,
Nothing in particular here, just waiting like everyone else. This is awful, I just need to vent a little I guess. What is your advice for waiting? I have been out of work for almost 3 Monts now and I am getting crazy. I try to go to fitness class every day and I am also studying a little but the pressure is enormous. Even when I am "busy" I can't stop checking this forum or the USCIS webpage non stop... If this EAD card I really going to take 6-8 months I honestly don't know how I'm going to get there :(

EAD renewal for L2
Hi Guys, I received the following message replying to my expedite request. They denied but what is interesting is that they wrote that my case is with an Officer and I will have news within 30 days. Has anyone been thru/received an answer like that? Should I rely on that statement?

Hey guys
I haven’t wrote in for a while, but I’m yet to hear about my EAD from USCIS. I have a job offer and I’m suppose to start on the 31st, my I-485 interview is next Tuesday, and I’m worried I won’t have any document to prove to my future employee that I’m eligible to work, I’ve been waiting for 230 days and there’s still no word on my EAD card, I did an inquiry and they were suppose to respond to it on the 5th, but it has not been assigned to anybody. Anyone I else with a similar experience ?
