My PD is Nov 2 2017 - Texas service Center
My i-140 status changed to RFE on Sep 28 2018
I did not receive RFE on hand.
Any body who is in same boat?
Please let me know what are the regular RFE's for EB1C i-140 , i will be prepared with the required documentaion.

Change of address
I am moving in a week and my current status is "interview scheduled". Should be getting the official mail this coming week.
I was wondering if they would reshedule my interview or will they just kepe the same interview date and mail me the interview notice to the new address? I am only moving 8 miles away and I checked that my new address falls under the same local office jurisdition. Anyone in similar situation before?
Do you think they will cancel my interview and throw me back to the line?
I hired a lawyer for my application so he will be getting a copy of the interview date too... so its not like I will miss out on the letter.

Waiting for interview to be scheduled.
Any idea what is the typical time taken for interviews to be scheduled after 1-140 approval? I have some travel planned in coming months, so wanted to plan the travel informed.

Apr 2018 - Biometrics Done
May 2018 - EAD Combo card received
Since May 2018 the case status shows "Fingerprint Review Was Completed". No update so far. Meanwhile being in US we applied for our L1 extension, got an update last week stating it was denied. Our attorney says as far as we have the EAD we are eligible to live here.
My question is: Will our visa extension denial be an hurdle in our next step in green card process? Looking forward for valuable response.

Hi Forum, my priority date is 24 April 2018. I am EB2ROW. My case is ready to be schedule for an interview since 26 September 2018. My field office is Newark. Any idea how long it might take to schedule the interview?
