Case stuck at finger print fee received
Hello friends, this is my second post and hoping to get some input.
I had my biometric appointment on 8/21 and have not seen any update in my status after that. Have not received combo card either. I have seen the status changing to "finger prints reviewed" after getting the finger prints done. But none in my case.
Does anyone has any idea, if this is something to worry about? I cant help but thinking if there is any problem with my finger prints, of it this update in status is contingent upon the completion of background check?
I will greatly appreciate any remarks.

EB2 retrogression SUCCESS
Thanks everyone for sharing all the info.
It looks like the EB2 retrogression is moving forward.
This is my timeline:
Nov 2017 - filing concurrent I485, I140 (normal processing), etc.
Dec 2017 - biometrics
Apr 2018 - EAD combo
May 2018 - I140 approval
Jun 2018 - transfer to another office
8 Aug 2018 - Ready for schedule for interview
13 Aug 2018 - Interview scheduled
17 Sep 2018 - Interview in Local Office.
5 Oct 2018 - "Interview was completed and your case must be reviewed"
25 Oct 2018 - "New Card Is Being Produced"
26 Oct 2018 - waiting for the card :D!
This means that the retrogression is really over :)!
Let's hope all the retrogression cases will be processed shortly. Good luck :)!

EB1C, Retrogression and delay with interview
Hello Friends,
I am from India and on L1-A visa. My GC application was filed form Texas and priority date is Sept 2017. My I-140 is approved, received my EAD/AD card and completed biometrics in June 2018. Now waiting for Adjustment of Status.
I haven’t received any communication regarding interview. The online status does not provide any helpful information. I called USICS and got a standard answer and not much helpful information.
Anyone else under EB1 category waiting for communication regarding interview? I know EB1 category for India is in retrogression. Do you know if Interviews will not be scheduled until it’s current? Any advice on what can do to get their attention?
I am in bit rush because my company got acquired and it may impact my current job. So want to get my GC ASAP.

Fingerprint completed on July 2nd. I received the combo card 75 days later but I have not received the interview schedule yet. Does anyone have the same condition here? I am under EB2 category

Got confirmation on "finger print " by 08/15/2018
After that no updates, nothing , nothing about approval on even I_140.
Does this mean my I140 was already approved and they are generating the EAD card?

I was a silent reader of this forum for a while, read this forum keep my sanity during the long wait, almost 2 years, I enter the country almost 5 years ago as a with a L1 visa, my wife and sons came with me as dependents, this is my time line

I need an advice. I was interviewed on Aug 25 but couldn't get GC due to retrogression. Now, I got a job offer stating that they can hire me if I have a GC. Is it possible to request USCIS to expedite my case? What should I say to USCIS? Please guide.

The I140 was approved in February, 2018 and the I485 was transferred to the San Francisco USCIS in March 2018. does anyone have an idea of when the interviews will be scheduled?
