I am one of the sufferers of the Retrogression. My interview was in mid August and still haven't heard anything from USCIS.
Can we all please share our information under this topic so that we can have a chance to compare our status with the other retrogression affected applicants?

05/14/2018 - receipts received
05/18/2018 - biometrics appointment notice
05/31/2018 - I-140 approved
06/05/2018 - biometrics taken
06/21/2018 - case moved to a national benefits center
07/06/2018 - Received EAD in the mail
07/21/2018 - case moved to a local office
08/31/2018 - courtesy letter to bring passport size photos to an interview and case changed to ready to be scheduled for the interview
09/04/2018 - interview notice received
10/09/2018 - interview date. Approved on a spot.
10/11/2018 - status changed to “card mailed”
10/13/2018 - both I-485 approval notice and actual green cards received in mail

EB3- ROW-Anyone had an interview at Memphis TN office?
Hi,
We had the interview in Memphis Tennessee in mid Sept 2018. The IO told us to wait until Oct for visa retrogression. I believe they our documents at the local office. I am still waiting for GC to be issued. Anyone who also had interviews in Memphis recently and received GC? Please share.

EB2 Row. Have been waiting for 3 months after the interview.
I had my Interview in July and then IO gave me a letter statinf that my case is under review. My field office is Washinfton office. I am afraid that how long will it take to adjudicate? In some cases, I have seen people waiting for even 8 months.
any information on this would be really appreciated. My case status still showw “ fingerprint review completed” which was updated 5 months back. My husband and son’s status showing “ interview completed and my case must be reviewed “. I have no clue what is happening.

EB1A Interview NYC
We had our interview in NYC on 10/11/2018. We waited to be called for about 45 mins and then the officer called our numbers(me and my spouse). Unlike others he didn't ask us to take the oat and sign anything like attorney waiver form etc. Then he asked our birth certificate and my EVL and our kids birth certificates. He asked only a few questions about me and my job and some from my husband for his military service. At the end he said if we want to submit any other documents and we gave him our updated medical forms and two photos of each applicant. Then he said we'll be informed about the decision in mail. It took less than 10 mins and no online update after the interview.

1485 for employment based
I applied in may 2017, havent received interview call yet, its Texas service centre after i140 approved they sent me the rfe and they got in in march 2018, since then no update, whenever v call thwy jsut says its in normal processing time. Even other who applied after me got i485.Is anyone waiting or i m the only 1
