Hi,
I am in EB2 from ROW and my i-485 interview is scheduled in a few days.
I have one question to ask. Usually they take interview of the candidate and his spouse together or separately ?
We will take our documents in separate files or same file accordingly. Please suggest.

EB3 interview question
I am a silent reader of this grp.
Question- My interview is next week and I just found out that in my I 485 form I forgot my father middle name and wrote my parents bday incorrectly. I know super dumb. Also my partner wrote her father name incorrectly.
What do you suggest?
We are thinking of telling the authorizes before the interview or do you think we should call cx service now?
We have our parents passport copy and affidavit from them to prove the correct info.
Stressed and scared? Please drop in your suggestion or if any one else went through this?

San Francisco Interview - ANY UPDATE?
I completed my interview on August 22nd and was told about the retrogression, and how my case will likely be put on hold till the visas are available on October 1st (which is in 2 days, Praise God!). I'm however wondering if anyone who completed their interview in SF has gotten an update saying their file has been sent to the NBC. It seems like this is the norm in other places, but I haven't received an update, so I wonder if in SF, they hold onto the applications and process them there once its October 1st, or if they have sent it to the NBC and just haven't updated the file, or if they are holding on to it and will it send it to the NBC come October 1st. Any one that interviewed in SF have any thoughts or insights on this? Also, others that interviewed in other places, did everyone get an update saying your file has been sent to the NBC?

Employment based GC interview (husband & I) is coming up and I have some questions.
I know I need to make copies of everything. E.g, husband & my driving license, do I make 2 copies of each license? Or is one copy of each license sufficient?
Or another e.g marriage certificate. Is one copy sufficient? I'm not sure if the officer asks for copy of marriage cert, will it be to insert into our individual files, hence 2 copies required?
And anyone who has gone for the interview with spouse? Is the interview mainly about the employed petitioner since it's employment based? And as a H4 spouse, do I need to prepare like a marriage-based interview on my end? We are interviewing together, scheduled at same appointment time.

My case has been stuck in NBC since June. AOS filed in December 2017. Is there anyone who is still waiting for interview who filed around December 2017? My case is EB2, ROW, Texas Service Center.

EAD expired while renewal EAD in process
Hi,
Can anyone please confirm about the implications of expired EAD while renewal EAD is in process (applied before first EAD expiration). Do we need stop work? or you can work with valid renewal EAD receipt.

EB1C Retrogressed till Jan 2019
Dear Friends,
My max out I94 date is till beginning of Jan 2019. My I-140 is approved but waiting to file EB1C AOS which is currently retrogressed till Oct 1st.
Today my visa team and attorney notified me that the retrogression would continue till Jan 2019 and its not possible to file AOS till it becomes current. In this situation I may have to exit US.
What I want to know is what is next.
1) Will the current I-140 becomes invalid once I leave US?
2) Will my attorney be able to file AOS while I'm in India? What would be the process?
3) When can I enter back to US?
