GC Interview completed
I had my GC Interview today. the Interview went well. The IO was very friendly. after the interview she gave us ea paper stated that she does not require any to her document and the case is awaiting for her final decision. she said that she will let us know if she requires any further document. but all the document looks good.

should I take it as positive? I have not seen any changes in my case status till now.

Some reminders on your interview:
1) Please review your entire I-485 application form. Some officers might ask you questions line by line. That's what happened during my interview.
2) Please bring any documentation that they don't have in your file yet. For my case, the officer asked:
    a) if I traveled outside the US recently while my case is pending. I said yes, so he asked for my most recent I94.
    b) if I am on a working visa. I said my employer just recently filed for an extension for my H1-B, so he asked for a copy of I797 receipt.
    c) for employer letter
3) Other questions asked are:
    a) What is your job role?
    b) What are your job duties?
    c) When did you start working for your current employer?
    d) How long have you been in the US?
    e) How many times have you traveled outside the US? What are the departure and arrival dates?

Good luck everyone!

Interview Scheduled - Is employment verification mandatory ????
I had my 485 filed with 485 supplement J on Jan 2018. I recently have my interview scheduled and in the interview notice there was no mention of Employment verification letter . But some say that some officers ask for it specifically . The thing is my employer wants me to sign me a three years of binding contract if I want that piece of paper . So I am just confused what should I do it ? Take it or risk it ? Any suggestions is appreciated . Thanks

Supplement J required for I-485 interview?
Hello All,

My interview notice mentioned bringing " If required, confirmation of Bona Fide Job offer or request for Job Portability (Supplement J) (unless already submitted)."

My I-140 case and I-485 were submitted concurrently in July 2017 and I am still employed with the same employer who filed my petition. In this case, Supplement J is still applicable and I need to take it with me during the interview?

Thank You!

fingerprinting done
We did the biometrics today at the Manchester NH field office. We had filed i-485 on approved I-140 (EB2) in mid Feb 2018 with the Texas service center which was moved to NBC in April.
Any thoughts on when the interview may be scheduled? Anyone from the NH area or same timeline here?

status changed from "producing card" to "reviewed biometrics"
Need a little help here as my case update is a little weird.

On 6/21 - We are producing your card and will mail it to you,
On 6/24 - We reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case

This is for EAD card. Did anyone received such update before? I'm confused if I will get the EAD or there is problem with my case.

p/s: on egov, it shows card produce, this updated info are from myaccount.
