Received my EAD&Parole Card in April 15.
The processing times website indicates that TSC is working on I-485 received on January 14. Technically, I am behind schedule. I should receive it soon.

i485 interviews
Wanted to share some news i read on another forum today.Apparently USCIS appointed an ombudsman who held a call to clarify stuff about i485 interviews.This is the website where the call was annnounced

All i485 filed before March 6th will maintain old status meaning no interview is needed for them.
The deadline March 6th is because Trump signed the executive order on March 6th.

Who knows anything about this transfers? How long does it take from now to process the case?

EAD mailed on 2/9/17
RFE requested for I-485 on 5/9/17
Response to RFE was received on 6/27/17
Still waiting and there is has been no change in the past 90 days. I submitted a case inquiry since our case is out of processing times.
Nebraska service center now processing the cases as of date December 2016 and we filed I - 485 on November 2016. Should I be worried?

PERM LOST
Hi everyone,
My attorney submitted my I-140 without original signed PERM and now USCIS is requested it. We can't submitted Premium Precessing I140 because of that. So, I don't know anything about the delays or nexts steps in my case.
Could you share with me your experience in this case??
