Hi guys any update on EB1c TSC Jan/Feb I 140 approvals. its been almost 6 months

Any one recently got I485 approval from NSC? If yes then can you please let us know when apply for I485

I just saw that processing time for NSC for I485 are Nov 2nd 2016 which means that theoretically as of right now they are dealing with i485 applications of mid December 2016.
Having said here is my timeline.
EVE ROW MSG applying concurrently I765/I140/I485

04/17/2016 Priority date

10/20/16 Application I140/I765/I485 received (non premium/ attorney said it wouldnt matter as I had to wait for adjustment anyway)

11/23/16 Biometrics

01/21/17 Combo card my husband and mine approved

04/24/17 I 140 approved

As of right now we are waiting on adjustment to get through.
(Tracking says that our application was received 10/20/16)

Please let me hear your thoughts.
I have seen people who applied in December 2016 having their Adjustments approved. I know each case is a case specially when we are talking USCIS.
I'm gonna ask our attorney to contact USCIS to have our case checked.
Another thing is: I have an impression that who applies using premium processing gets their process done kind of quicker. Bunch of people who did premium processing for their I140 get their approval with less time.
I'M if this is only me. This is a opinion based on cases posted around here.
**what do u guys think we should do? Should we contact USCIS ?

Are they processing I-485 EB2 ROW now and not approving it before OCT 1, or are they not looking at the applications at all?

Date Of Interview 11th August 2017

My personal profile :

Age : 31 years Male
Status: Married
Child: 1 child of 2 years old
Living with parents and wife all together . We have a house of own but in the name of parents
I am the only son of my parents .
Property : good amount of property and cash worth crores in the name of parents
Job: designation Chief Analyst , Monthly income : 29000/- per month
Job profile : Looks after International Sales and Analysis.

My whole Trip is sponsored by my American citizen , retired professor . Whole of my trip including return air fare to and from US and stay and food and all.

Interview Day:
VO was sweet looking American Lady

Me: Good Morning
VO: Good Morning

VO: Please give me your passport
Me: Given with a smile

VO: Seen the passport

VO: Which Visa you had applied
Me: Tourism visa

VO: Are you married
Me:Yes

VO: DO you have child
Me: Yes 2 years old child

VO.What is your monthly income
Me: 29000/- per month

VO: What is your designation
Me: I am Chief Analyst

VO: What your friend Do
Me: He is American citizen Retired, Retired Professor
Me: He is fully sponsoring my whole trip

VO: Where you will visit
Me: Louisiania

VO: By handing over me my passport given me slip of visa refusal 214(b)
and told me that you are in growth phase and this happens to many of the young professionals .
Me: thank you and taken back my passport

So sad and bad day for me .

Please guys analyse my case and tell me how to proceed further

Yesterday I got a message from USCIS stating that they sent me a RFE for my I-140, Any ideas about what can this RFE be about? (EB-2, ROW, TSC, dec 22 2016).

Anyone got any updates of combo card for the filling date May 2017. 90 days processing time is approaching. Please share your experience.

My experience to date:
EB2 visa - Consular Processing
PD Feb 2016
Interview at US Embassy on July 19 2017
Told to expect our passports and visas in 1-2 weeks
Still waiting with no contact from the embassy - they still have our passports
Told yesterday by the NVC that no visa numbers available as category retrogressed!
August visa bulletin states that EB2 Worldwide will become current again on October 1

Anyone else with similar experience? I need to understand the process from this point forward and whether EB2 will definitely become current on October 1 and we can expect our visas in October?

Status was changed to card in production on Aug 4th, Card was mailed on Aug 7th and card in hand through priority mail(mailed to attorney) on Aug 9th. Just to give a timeline after the status changes to card in production.

Hi every one,
today the visa availability for EB2 for the month of September jump to 1jan2016
so my priority date is September 2015 which makes me kind of hopeful to hear back from USCIS pretty soon before October.
am i right guys?
any idea would be appreciated.
