Any body got the below status update for I131. Today, I see status changed for my kid's AP with the below message.
"Case Approval Was Certified By USCIS - On March 28, 2017, we certified the approval of your Form I-131, Application For USCIS Travel Document, Receipt Number XXXXXX, and sent it to the appropriate appellate office. That office will send you a final decision"
can any one please let me know the exact meaning of this message. Is the mean 131 is approved ?
USCIS received my application for I-485 on Oct 07, 2016. Status updated to "Fingerprint Fee received" on October 18th. Biometrics completed. However, there has been no change in case status and no update in the case ever since then. Looks like i am outside normal processing times.
Is anyone in the same timeline as me still waiting for response from USCIS at Texas Service Center?
