EAD/AP NSC office
Hey,

Can anyone comment on how long it took the NSC office (or any other) to mail the EAD/AP card after filing the petition?

Thanks

Case Transferred from TSC to National Service Center
Hello everyone,
Looks like many people are having delays in EB2 and EB3 at Texas currently. We applied I-140 and I-485 for EB3 in November,2016 and I-140 is approved and about 40 days ago we received a transfer notice.

"Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"

A week later we received a mail that says our case was transferred to National Service Center for schedule an interview. Since then we haven't heard from them.

Anyone has a similar experience?

Thank you so much

EB1C Jan 2017
Hi,

I read many people from various forms who filed in Jan @TSC under EB1C report that they are still waiting for I140.

Did they put EB1C I140 on hold? So many people can't be in extended review. And TSC EB1 processing dates are at end of Jan.

Any thoughts will be much appreciated!

EB3 Nebraska ROW
Here's my timeline:

Received EAD/AP card 2/15/17
Biometrics appointment 2/7/17
I-140 receipt notice received 1/5/2017
I-485, I-131 & I-765 receipt notices received from USCIS 1/5/2017

Still waiting for updates.
What bugs me is that the EB3 (E32) bucket disappeared from the latest processing time schedule for NSC, so I don't even know what's going on.

Anyone know what's happening / time estimate for my case?

L1A to EB1 C
I'm on L1A visa and my lawyer filed EB1C for me on June 7th 2017
Case received by USCIS (NCS) on June 9th 2017
Fingerprint Fee was received on June 22nd 2017

no updates after that, do you know what I will expect next ?
When I will complete the biometrics and receive my EAD ?
Nebraska seems to be very slow so it may take a year until I receive an answer about my I 140.. Thank you everybody for your time and good luck for all.

EB2 NSC no news at all (Oct/2016 filer)
Filed I-140 in Feb. 2016.
I-140 approved in Aug. 2016.

Filed I-485 in early Oct. 2016.
Biometrics done in late Nov. 2017.

No news at all since then.

One of my friends is also an Oct. 2016 filer (filed a few days earlier than me, also to NSC),
but he already got his GC even after RFE.
I didn't hear anything, even RFE, about mine.
