I got filed my EB1C in Jan 2017. Any who filed in same time frame
got his I140 approved?

Anyone had their biometric in month may 2017... received their EAD ?? Pls share exp

Sharing time lines

PD : Apr 14 2016 ; Applied 140, 485 , 765, 131 concurrently
May 15 2016 - Got my ead and AP [ bio metrics completed too]

Apr 3 2017 - applied for renewal of EAD and AP [ as they were given for 1 year and was expiring in may 2017]
june 30th - I 140 approved

no news of my 485 or my EAD renewal which is coming close to 90 day.

i heard somewhere that due to Eb1 retrogression, though the 140 might be approved , 485 will only be looked at in Oct 2017. Is it true?

WOW! It seems the processing time of I-485 at TSC is moving backward ... from Dec 2 to Nov 21 to Nov 16. I have no idea whats going on - if anybody has any insight information or recently spoken with the USCIS, please fill us in .. Thanks!

For I140 dates haven't changed. Does it means they haven't process any I140 since last update?

Any body who has filed on April 2017 got their EAD ? Please share it will be very helpful for me. I am waiting for Last two months.

EB2 - ROW - NSC Service Center

PERM Submitted: 12/22/2016
PERM Approved: 02/21/2017

Filled Concurrently I-140 Premium, I-765, I-131 and I-485: 04/26/2017
Fingerprinting Fee Received : 04/28/2017

I-140 Approval: 05/10/2017

Biometrics Notice: 05/26/2017
Biometrics Completed: 06/09/2017

EAD/AP Card Received: 06/21/2017

I-485 Approval: Still showing 04/28/2017 date nothing changed

Based on what I read and NSC processing times I guess we have 2-3 month before we hear back.

I submitted my application in March 6th 2017 and everything went smoothly.
My field office was in Norfolk Virginia.
I had my interview yesterday 6/27/2017 at am.We were the first couple to be interviewed and i must say that i had a really immigration officer. She seems to be in her mid 40's.She swore us in and then read all the information in the i-485 to make sure it tallied with my passport. She did the same this with my husband in the form I-130. We practically had to answer yes to all the questions. When she finished reviewing the forms, she asked to submit any supporting evidence. We had a few pictures, rental lease, rent payment receipts and a joint bank statement which she never looked at. She then asked my husband to describe how we met and from there on we had a nice conversation.She never directed any questions towards me. She then told us that my green card has been approved since we both make a cute young couple. I have never been his excited.

USCIS received RFE response: 6/26/2017

I-485 pending as of today 6/27/2017

RFE: Aug 23, 2016 (not interested to discuss the details of RFE though).
I-140 approved: Dec 14, 2016.
I-485, I-765, & I-131 filed (TSC): Jan 09, 2017, but forwarded to NSC
Biometric (myself): Feb 14, 2017.
Biometric (spouse): March 20, 2017.
Combo card (EAD+AP) received (myself): March 27, 2017.
AP received (spouse): June 19, 2017.
I-485 approved: "NOT YET" "This wait is TERRIBLE"
