Priority date (PERM filed): 10-31-2016
* 3/28/17 - I-140 and I-485 filed concurrently with premium processing
* 4/10/17 - I-140 approved
* 4/19/17 - got notification about biometrics appointment
* 4/20/17 - received EAD/Advanced Parole card
* 4/27/17 - passed biometrics
* 6/20/17 - mine&my daughter case are approved
* 6/23/17 - cards were mailed
According to statistics I was lucky and got into first 3% of approved applications for my receipt date.
Questions:
1) my wife application is still pending - is it common? Are dependents applications completely independent or I should expect for her application to be approved soon as well?
2) if her application will be pending for a long time and I will change a job during that time - can that affect her application?
Good luck to everyone waiting and thanks to everybody who posted their updates here - that helps a lot.

Hi guys,
Did any of you (Filling Date - Dec 2016, EB2, TSC) hear back from USCIS on I-485. My filling date was in Dec 22, 2016, no news yet. Note - I have my EAD/I-140 approved. Please share if you have any information on the I-485 processing time at TSC, it seems all of sudden they are moving like a sloth.

Hello everyone,
I am an EB3 ROW. Filed for I -485/I- 765/ I- 131 on 04/18/2017 to Nebraska Service Center. Got NOA on 05/09/2017 and since then I only got another NOA for supplement J on 05/31. But no fingerprint appointment or EAD. Raised an SR for fingerprint appointment on 06/07/2017 and they said they will get back to me within 15 to 30 days. Still waiting.
Is anyone else on the same situation? The lawyer did say that processing times are a little bit longer right now. But I am staring to be concerned.

EB3 I-485 Transfer - Interview
Hello,
I received an update notification "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"
Then received the letter saying that EB3 - Texas Service Center transferred the case to National Benefit Center.
Anyone with similar situation or any thoughts why this happened?

Hi all,
I filed my GC on April 20th with all the forms concurrently in TEXAS Service center.Just got the advance parole approved for me and not for my dependents.I heard that Advance Parole and EAD will be a combo approval but EAD was not approved so far.Anybody on the same boat?.Is there anyone whose I140 got approved filing at the same time?.

EAD - TEXAS Center - Processing Times
Hi all,
It's been more than 76 days that my EAD has been pending. The online system is not working for me due to a computer glitch as they said.
I'm trying to know how long would it take to finally get approved. Some officers told me it should be under 90 days, but others told me its 3-5 months after they receive the application.
Anybody has a similar experience with the TEXAS Service Center (TSC)?

EB3 on NSC
More than 180 days have passed since USCIS received my I-485 form on NSC (December 15th, 2016), my I-140 was approved before this and I already got my EAD.
