Hello all,
Here is my timeline so far (EB1)
Priority Date 18 JUN 2018
I-140 approved 11 JAN 2019
I-485 submitted 11 OCT 2019
Fingerprints taken 8 NOV 2019
On Feb 25, 2020 my case was updated to "Ready to be scheduled for an interview."
Does anyone know when I may expect to receive the interview notice in the mail?
Also, how long before the interview date is the notice usually received? (I've heard anything from 5 to 2 weeks in advance).

Bring kid at biometric appointment
Hi,
Me and my wife have biometric appointment next week. Can I take my 2 year old kid to the appointment as well? We do not have anyone else to look after her and have to travel 3hrs to appointment location. Anyone with recent experience?

NIW approved!
I am glad to share my experience with you all. I received my NIW approval in February (within 6 months)! It was a great experience working with WeGreened on my NIW case.
Here is my background: Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and currently working as a postdoc associate. I have 14 publications with 157 citations. I also have done 17 journal reviews. Service Center is Texas.
The case preparation process is really smooth and all the letters are customized based on my credentials. All my questions are answered in 24 hours. After I filed my case, I printed out my communication with Wegreened and they are more than 80 pages! They never lost patience answering my questions. My suggestion is try to provide all the information you think might be useful, and let the attorney select and organize the materials.
My attorney included all the important facts into my petition packet and provide details to explain how my research findings have benefited the U.S. They also drafted 4 recommendation letters for me.

Pending I485
Could anyone please share the process for AC21 Portability - EB1 filer basis L1A based. India is currently in Retrogression since last year and I don't expect any movement in coming months. Also, I-485 Supplement J is approved so am not sure how it plays the role therefore would like to understand the available options since am eligible for AC21.

EB2 - Philly Interview
My Interview has been schedule to Philly office in end of March 2020. My PD is EB2-India-April 2010
- I changed employer between 2016 till 2019..now I am back to my original employer but with their another sister company, Do i need to fill Supplement-J and take it with me in interview ?
-My medical must be expired so do i need to do Medical again and take it with me ?
-Do i need any other document from my in-between employers ?
-Interview only schedule for me and not for my spouse, can i still take her with me in interview so her I-485 file will be also pre-adjudicate ?
-I am planning to take ID, Passport, Birth certificate, few years W2s, few year tax returns, Supplement J, Medical, Address proofs, All EADs, ALL Advance Parole, I-140, I-485 and Perm Labor copy...anything else should i ?
-My date is not current then what they will do after interview ?

EAD renewal process
I have a query. If we do not have any valid visa, Are we allowed to work if our EAD extension is in process? Just application receipt will be suffice enough to continue current job?
