Hi All, Here's my case -

My i-140 got approved by the previous company.
Transferred to the current employer(got H1b for 3 years),
My current employer filed my i-140 again and it got denied.
The problem is, my extension is coming, based on the previous I-140, can my employer file for H1b extension?
Thanks

If priority date is current, how long before one gets scheduled for I-1485 interview?
I filed concurrently and have already received EAD/AP card.
Any insights will be helpful!

Hi,

My employer filed I-140 under regular processing (EB2-ROW) in April 2018. Received RFE (ability to pay and pay stubs) in November and replied. On Nov 26, case status changed to RFE response received. On Dec 14 case status changed to Name was updated, no idea what does that mean, we did not request any change.
No update after that, raised SR on Feb 1st but still not assigned for processing.
Any one with similar situation or has any idea how long it takes to process RFE response or receive reply on SR?

Center :- NSC
Officer:- 0368

Hi Guys,

Employer applied i-140 under regular processing (EB2-ROW) in April 2018, received RFE in November and replied.
RFE response received by USCIS on Nov 26 and case status changed to Name was update on Dec 14. Since then no any update.
Raised SR on Feb 1st but still not assigned to officer.
Any one with similar situation or has any idea how long it takes to process RFE or receive response on SR. My case is at NSC, officer 0368 and RFE was about ability to pay and my pay stub.

Hello,

I have applied for a EB-2 Visa at the end of 2016.

In October/2017, I got my I-140 Approved but, after that I have not heard any news.

Does anybody know how's the average to get a Green Card after I-140 approvals? It's like weird more than one year without any update.

Thanks

Is anyone in the same boat? or does anybody has any comment?
I applied on July 15,2018
Finger print done by 08/08/2018
Got confirmation on "finger print" by 08/15/2018
After that no updates, nothing, nothing about approval on even about I-140.
Does this mean my I140 was already approved and they are generating the EAD?

Hi All,

I received an email from USCIS yesterday that "We have taken an action on your case". When I noticed this, I

quickly went to check my status but still saying "Case Received"

Can anyone tell what it means?
