I am staying outside of usa for around 150 days. Have valid stamped h1b visa. Employers says that I will not be able to work after 180 days and will put me into unpaid loa. Due to covid 19 is there any relaxation passed by usa govt regarding this 180 days rule?

I am a US citizen and i applied for my wife for her I-130
And its accepted which is in processing now.
I sent all the required documents but my concerns is that I sent NIKAH NAMA which is also marriage certificate and written by religious person saying that we are married and both myself and my wife photos are in NIKAH NAMA (marriage certificate) I already translated in English too and signed. But due to COVID 19 my family couldn’t register it but I still sent it to USCIS what you guys think will it be accepted hopefully by USCIS please provide me information in this regard.

Can anyone tell me how long it will take to get an interview at Mumbai embassy? My wife application was accepted on 10 Jan 2020,I think it takes atleast 60 days to get things going. Does anyone have interview in line who got accepted around Jan 2020?

How long it will take to get the interview letter from mumbai consulate?

My wife's application was documentarily qualified on 11 Nov 2019.
I called NVC couple times in last 4 weeks and when asked query they replied it’s in queue waiting for interview .! US Embassy will let them know when they have interview slots and NVC will schedule but NVC can not estimate the timeline for an interview.

What's the approximate wait time for Spouse visa interview at Mumbai Embassy India?

I have the tps since I was 13 yrs old I am 34 and Im still under the tps , I married a permanent resident in Florida. My I-130 was approved but Now I have to go to a consular interview in Honduras, my concern is that I don’t know if I will triggered a bar, Since I entered illegally when I was a child. I applied for travel document just incase. Anyone in the same situation.

Hi, what happened to me is super weird, I went for an interview in the Consular (with my O1 already approved) on Nov 12, in the time of the interview the officer told me everything is ok i have been approved and they will send me my passport in 3-4 days with the new visa in it. After 2.5 hours am receiving an email from the consular saying that "although you were advised at the time of your interview that your visa was approved, we will not be able to issue your visa right away nor confirm its approval at the moment, Rest assured that we will contact you when a determination has been made on your visa application case." without explaining the reason they did this and how long it will take. Now its been 6 weeks and I still did not receive my visa or any update on the administrative processing website.
Anyone on the same page? I do not know what it going on and I am worried since I might lose my job there. Anyone knowing how long I might wait? Guys am super worried about this.

Hi my wife yesterday 12/11/19 received the the visa and the passport from Mumbai consulate , my mother in law has accidentally open the sealed envelope, which she was supposed to hand over at the port of entry in US , it’s very unfortunate, pls help and advise , if anyone can help

My priority date is 5/7/19 and the I-130 has already been approved and forwarded to the NVC on 10/18. How long will it take before I hear from them? How long has it taken most of you? I am a US Citizen filing for my husband who is overseas.
