No, you don't have to worry about that medical exam expiry.

Its there responsibility to make the decision before medical exam is expired as they are the ones who set the expiry date for that.

If they ask you to do medical exam again, send them a letter from your attorney asking for the reimbursement(Fees) for that exam.

              • I feel like its all about luck from the day we get the Visa till we get the Citizenship in USA.

Somethings like processing times we cannot change it. Even if we change it from one service center to another service center, we never know how its going to work. If it works well and fine but if it doesn't then we are struck. I meant like sometime faster processing office can change to slower processing office if our luck is bad.

Once we file our petition, nothing we can do except to pray god.

"Whatever meant for us, that what its gonna happen"

I pray god to process our applications as soon as possible so that we can move forward in our life, achieve our goals(dreams) without any distractions.

                  • Maybe USCIS will transfer some cases to from Texas to Nebraska soon, Texas Center starts to be backlogged so much than a year before

                    • Have you guys noticed in the numbers that NSC has had 30k+ pending applications based on humanitarian reasons at least since 2019 (didn't check the numbers from 2018) but they just process 7 times more applications than TSC? TSC has started to manage the same volume of applications since late last year only so maybe they are still trying to figure out things and they will start at some point to be more efficient.

I think an officer on the phone is never going to tell you that they will process applications faster, you don't want to set those expectations and then have people suing you or going crazy.

So I guess the best we can do it's try to not get overwhelmed, since we can't change anything. At least we can still travel with a Refugee Document and work with no limitations.
