what documents to take for h1b renewal interveiw
Can any1 give details of documents to carry for h1b renewal interview. my last visa expired over 12 months so no option for dropbox. I work with the same company for last 8 years. my last h1b visa had RFE but got approved finally. Hopefully wouldnt be issue for visa interview as my RFE had lot of points to cover. Any suggestions. Please help. thanks

My case is Systems Analyst job, F1 to H1B COS.
Although title is Systems Analyst, job is that of typical Systems Analyst as well as QA automation engineer.
I had following questions:
1.Any idea of such cases(systems analysts) are getting additional verification?What are the factors that lead to additional verification?
2. How many weeks approximately it can take for verification for h1b stamping in India?
3.I heard current scenario at Mumbai consulate isn't good, meaning too many 221 g's. Is it advisable to postpone my stamping date (intended for first week of feb) by a month?
4.If someone was on OPT and unemployed for a month(you can remain unemployed in OPT for upto three months), basically meaning left previous employer, had a one month unemployment and then got the full-time job, does this give a bad impression to VO, do they check in that detail? If asked were you unemployed while on opt what to answer

First time Stamping- Question on employer
Hello, My first H1b was filed with employer A and has been approved in 2016. I converted full time in December 2017 with the same client after working as a contractor for 2 years. I am going for first time stamping next month.
When or if asked how long I've been working for the petitioner/employer, should I only mention 2 months or should I also mention that I've been working for this client since the past two years and converted two months ago?

It is frustrating me everyday.
Actually my employer has applied H1B for me on Mar 2017 which has been gone through successfully. My visa interview also has been scheduled on 5th and 6th of Feb 2018. But suddenly, my interview has been postponed unexpected and the reason was the consulate visa approval percentage is very low. They are mostly rejecting the case or issuing 221g.
Could anyone update me on this? Are they really reduced the approval count?
Please update me on the below.

My son is working as associate scientist... got H1b approved for second time same office. Came to India for holidays. Attend interview on jan4.. since biotech student TAL administration process is must. It is 23 days. No updates. He is 65k . Will he get stamping??? I am really tension.. pls give reply.

We were prepared enough and answered everything confidently . I had my B1 travel history previously with about four short trips to 6 different states .
VO did not even asked for my Original I-797B . He was typing ( Or may be Verifying ) all time during the course of our conversation .

Full time visa experience
I am a fulltime employee with an american company, planning to utilize dropoff option (My last stamp with employer has expired) I have been working with current company for more than an year.
