Regarding education mismatching in Resume and I129
Hello All
Could you please kindly help me urgently on the following.
- I have completed BSc(Computers) and I have 14years of IT experience in one of MNC. and also completed MBA from distance education.
- During filing I have sent Bsc (Computers) and MBA (Distance education). I have received my papers , In I129 my education is Bsc(Computers).
Planning to go to interview , what can I mention in DS160. If I mention MBA , there will be mismatch with I129. Please suggest me.

H1 & H4 Visa Exp at Hyd Consulate
First of all, Thanks to immihelp team and people who shared their experiences. They were very helpful.
Let me share my experience too.
OFC - on Feb 4th, 12.30pm.
- It was cool, asked general question purpose of travel and then took finger prints. And to my wife, why are you going to US? that's it.
Interview - on Feb 8th, 9.30am.
We reached consulate at 8.45am and we are allowed to join the Q outside, where they will check our passports.
Then we will directed to security check, where we need to keep all our belongings like belt, wallet, watch..etc. Once check is done we can get them back.
Once security check is done, we are asked sit near waiting hall, and then we joined a line to give our fingerprints again. Once fingerprints are over, then it's time to wait for visa interview.
We are given counter number, and we stood in line, before us VO was taking a B1 interview for an old lady. Here is my exp
Me - Hi, Good Morning, how are you doing.
VO - I am good, How are you.
Me - good thanks.
VO - who is your petitioner
Me - Answered.
VO - Whos is your client
Me - Answered.
To my Wife - How long have u been married - Answered
Where are you going? - Answered
Again to to Me - What is your designation
Me - Answered.
And finally golden words..... Your Visa Approved...yahooo..
Few tips:
------------
1. There are very less chances of H1 denial.. 99% we get it if all documentation is proper.
2. Visa Officer's are very cool, so be confident while answering and if you don't understand any question, please ask him/her to repeat.
3. When we stand in line for our turn, just try to observe the VO, so that we will feel better when our turn comes and while talking.
4. It's obvious that we all feel little bit nervous, but while you are in Q for VO, just prepare yourself to be confident.
That's all. Congratulations to ppl who got their Visa, and All the best for ppl who are going to attend.

Hi All,
Few things I wanna tell you -
a.99% H1B visa get stamped.
b.If documentation is proper, VO can't deny you a an H1B visa even if you are freezing while answering to the VO questions or even if you are not looking confident.
c. VO knows that people are tensed already so even if you are nervous , no need to worry just remember - reply in a very polite manner and use your facial as well as hands expressions as much as you can.
Below is my entire conversation with the VO :
Me - Good Morning Sir.
VO - Didn't great me back. Asked for the passports.
Passed both the passport (myself and my wife).
VO - Please pass I -797.
Me - You want photo copy or Original sir ?
VO - Both.
Passed a Photo copy as well as original I-797.
VO - Mam, can you pass your marriage certificate(to my wife).
She started taking the certificate out from her folder.Then VO interrupted in between and started asking questions to me.
VO - is this first time you are visiting on H1B ?
ME - Yes Sir.
VO - For how long you have been working with company X.
ME - 6.5 + years.
VO - Your Salary in US ?
ME - XX,ZZZ+ Thousands.
VO to my wife - Mam what work you are doing ?
My wife - I am working as a software engineer sir.
VO - How long you have been married ?
My Wife - For almost 3 years.
VO - Scanned something in his system and asked whether I have got the Rights pamphlet.
By this time ,I knew our visa was approved.
ME - Yes sir.
VO - Your Visa is approved.You can collect it in 2-3 days from your POC.
Again one more time - if your documentation is proper while filing the petition and there is no misrepresentation of fact anywhere, you will get your H1B stamped your for sure.This is my promise.

I have attended Visa interview on Jan 12th in Hyd consulate and got approved. Sharing my experience down here

2. Asked who is my petitoner

H1 in Admin Processing
I appeared for H1B visa on 1st Feb 2016, at New Delhi consulate along with my Husband and 2 kids (H4 dependent), After the Interview with the consular officer, I was told my Visa is approved.
The consular officer collected our passports and said we would be getting them few days. However, when i checked the visa status @CEAC site, it shows the status as "Administrative Processing" I am really worried on what the actual status is.
Please Note, I wasn't given any 221-g form or any other slip/form of any kind and the consular officer collected only our passports / I797 Approval notice and my H1B file set all photocopy .
Has anyone experienced the same ??

Reg. H1 Query(RFE) and stamping
As part of H1 process, Query(RFE) raised to me and my employer responded that and got approval. Now I need to go for stamping.
While my employer responding to my query, they were mentioned client name xxxx and project name yyyy. Do I need to use the same project and client names in interview also. Is there any problem If i say that i am going for in-house project.
Please provide your suggestions.

I am not detaling about the OFC intervie and coming strainght to the visa interview.
Questions to me:
1) who is ur employer?
2) what will you do for them
3) no of employess working for petioner?
4) how many years of experience u have?
questions to my wife:
1) since how many years u have married?
question to my child:
how old are you?
Visa officer said she liked the dress of my daughter.
Fianlly she said golden words " ur visa is approved".

H1 in Admin Processing - Delhi
My H1 was denied in 2012 after my company responded to 221(g). I was not made aware exactly what they responded or why it was denied.I went to US on dependent visa and in 2013 did a COS to H1. After I moved to a new city due to husband's job, I moved to H4 and a year later came back on H1 when I was ready for work.
I visited New Delhi embassy on 3rd Feb for visa stamping. Here were the question asked :
Do you work for ZZZ
What's your position
What's your salary
What does your husband do
Where does he work
Why was your last H1 denied
Is this your first India visit after H1 denial
When did you return to US.
After that Visa officer told me that my first H1 was revoked and that there was a fraud reported on it. He was unsure about the fraud and that he would have to do his homework on this case. He saw me getting stressed and said ,"Don't worry it is to protect you and I do not want you to return from POE".
He took my passport and he said it will take 2 weeks to process. He didn't see or ask for any other documents and he didn't give me any 221g form.
On CEAC website my case is showing as Administrative Processing.
Has anyone been in this kind of situation. What are my chances of getting H1 stamped.
