Reg. H1 Query(RFE) and stamping
As part of H1 process, Query(RFE) raised to me and my employer responded that and got approval. Now I need to go for stamping.
While my employer responding to my query, they were mentioned client name xxxx and project name yyyy. Do I need to use the same project and client names in interview also. Is there any problem If i say that i am going for in-house project.
Please provide your suggestions.

Hi,
here is my drop box exp.
Documents collected - DS-160 confirmation,I-797 approval copy,drop box confirmation letter,new passport and 2 photos.
Dropped passport on Monday. Issued on Wednesday.

H1B Inerview at HYD location on 04/02/2016
I have atteneded the H1B interview with the family.
I am not detaling about the OFC intervie and coming strainght to the visa interview.
Questions to me:
1) who is ur employer?
2) what will you do for them
3) no of employess working for petioner?
4) how many years of experience u have?
questions to my wife:
1) since how many years u have married?
question to my child:
how old are you?
Visa officer said she liked the dress of my daughter.
Fianlly she said golden words " ur visa is approved".

H1 in Admin Processing - Delhi
My H1 was denied in 2012 after my company responded to 221(g). I was not made aware exactly what they responded or why it was denied.I went to US on dependent visa and in 2013 did a COS to H1. After I moved to a new city due to husband's job, I moved to H4 and a year later came back on H1 when I was ready for work.
I visited New Delhi embassy on 3rd Feb for visa stamping. Here were the question asked :
Do you work for ZZZ
What's your position
What's your salary
What does your husband do
Where does he work
Why was your last H1 denied
Is this your first India visit after H1 denial
When did you return to US.
After that Visa officer told me that my first H1 was revoked and that there was a fraud reported on it. He was unsure about the fraud and that he would have to do his homework on this case. He saw me getting stressed and said ,"Don't worry it is to protect you and I do not want you to return from POE".
He took my passport and he said it will take 2 weeks to process. He didn't see or ask for any other documents and he didn't give me any 221g form.
On CEAC website my case is showing as Administrative Processing.
Has anyone been in this kind of situation. What are my chances of getting H1 stamped.

H4 - Interview Hyderabad
This might be useful to Dependents (H4) and they will get some Idea before going for an interview.
My Wife she attended H4 visa interview (second time ) in Hyderabad on 02/02/2016.
Questions asked to her.
1. Where is your spouse now ?
2. In which company he works for ?
3. Where you will stay in USA ?
4. In which company he works for ?
5. What is his annual salary ?
6. You were there in USA previously, so why you are attending interview in native language ?
7. When did you get married ?
She answered all the questions and VISA got approved and we received passport today (02/04/2016)

I am sharing my visa stamping experience at the Chennai consulate on Feb 1st and 2nd.
Actually I have H4 visa and this year i have applied for H1B which luckily got picked up.
Feb 1st at OFC centre it is very much straight forward and simple.
Feb 2nd at Consulate... the interviewer is very cool.
Then he asked questions like:
1. Who is my employer?
2. Who is the end client?
3. How did you find this job?
4. Where is your wife working is US?
5. Which company ur wife is working ?
6. Who is the end client for ur wife working and which location
After couple of minutes – He was typing on the system he said “we are cancelling your H4 visa as we are issuing a new H1B” :) and your VISA is APPROVED.

With spouse and my kid (teenager kid). Whole experience was very calm and nice. VO was very good and co-operative
Very first question was asked by VO with smile was, is he your Kid?
and than Below questions were asked.
VO: who is your employer
ME: answered
VO: what will be your salary
ME: answered
VO: what is your designation
ME: answered
VO: what is your highest qualification
ME: I am commerce graduate with diploma in computers
VO: where you are going to work ( client- place )
ME: answered
VO: Do you have this rights pamphlet?
ME: Yes I do have it.
than VO found some query to my client so he was looking into computer some where around 5mins.
than he asked me, which location is your client?
ME: answered
he was still looking into some for more information.
VO: asked for client letter. gone through all information in client letter.
and at last he issues 221g white form with more documents needs to be submitted by petitioner.
no questions were asked to dependents.
Conclusion : VO found some query related to client he did more research in database, he was not looking satisfied with client information so he gave me 221g white slip with 5 options ticked. Documents needs to be submitted by petitioner than I am suppose to get a call from consulate to submit passport at nearest VFS.
Anybody can suggest me is there any hopes that once my employer will submit require docs, will I get call?
Hope my experience can be helpful to someone else also.

Took fingerprints and photo. Everything went good.
CONSULAR: 28th JAN 2016
My appointment was at 11:30. I reached there around 11:15. Security guys have checked passport and appointment confirmation and let me in.
I then joined a queue , then a person handed me a pamplet (us rights) .
we then moved to a different queue , where they took our finger prints and then a lady has given me a token number and redirected to me the counter.
ME :Good Morning Officer
VO : Good Morning, Can i have your passport please
ME : Yes

ME : Answered
VO : Who is your client
