Hi,
I have got 221g blue slip on 25-sep-2014.
I submitted required docs on 29-sep-2014.
Yesterday I emailed to [email protected].
I got reply saying my case is updated please log backnowledged to
Your account for more details.
But I logged in to my account on cgifederal.secure.force.com .
I don't see any updates over there.
Please let me know any solution..

I'm planning to attend H1 Visa interview on end of Oct. My problem is I'm currently working in Chennai but my employer mentioned in I-797B form that consulate is Hyderabad. So can I attend Interview in Chennai.

Hi,
I received 221(g) for my previous H1B in 2011(expired in 2011) and my employer failed to submit them.
After that i received B1 in last year and have been to US.
My second H1b petition approved this year (2014-15) hence planning to attend visa interview soon.
Here is my question:
Is there any impact of 221(g) on my 2nd petition this year?
Please advice me.

could you please help me with clarifying the below questions.
After getting the visa, If we don't travel to US within 2-3 months, If we travel after that, Do we need to face any problem in PORT OF BOARD Interview(Will they ask lot of questions)?
When is the best time to travel to USA?
My employer told me attend the interviews from INDIA itself, so that I can avoid the benching after going to USA.
From where can I attend the interviews(India or USA)?
I'm currently working in YYYY MNC company, Still I haven't resigned my job.
I will have to serve two months for my current company after resigning the job.
what should I do now?
