Hi All,
First of all thanks to all of you people who posted there exp. regarding Visa interviews.
I attend interview in chennai consulate yesterday i.e 23rd Oct 2008. Vo asked me only 3 questions, in chennai consulte there are much people yesterday almost all queues are empty or having only one person ,
When i enter the interview hall after fingure prints over, directly they asked me to stand on counter 4.
My interview is went like this,
VO: Hey how are you.
Me: fine thank you how r u.
VO: fine, doing good.
I hand over the file which is given at figure prints time.
VO:he looked into my client letter and look in to system , typing somthing after 4-5 minutes he asked me the first question, what is your role in US company.
Me: Programmer Analyst.
VO: again he looked inthe the system and client letter after 4-5 minutes he asked me the second question, what is the project that your going to wrok for.
Me: answered the project name and project description.
VO: after 5 minutes the golden words came out of this mouth HAVA NICE TRIP we will courier your passport.
I cannot give any body any tips or tricks , but one thing is sure if you have all the papers perfect then that's it you will get it.This is my experience.

I got successful stamping at Delhi Consulate
I got successful stamping at Delhi consulate on 20th Oct 08 and got my visa on 22nd Oct 08. On 20th when I went for stamping there was not much rush and very few people for H1 stamping. After going through finger printing and security check I was standing in queue for H1 visa interview. There was just one counter for H1 as there were just 7-8 people who were there for stamping and on that day most of people were getting visa. But the person sitting at counter seems to be strict and he was taking 4-5 mins for each candidate. I was 5 in row. so my came turn finally
Me: hi!! how r u
vo: No response
I passed on folder to him
vo: which company you are working
me: answered
vo: for how long you are working for this company?
me: I said 2+ yrs
vo: do you have any another visa?
me: I said B1
vo: which company filed your b1
me: my present company name
vo: how many people in your office?
me: answered
vo: how many in US?
me: answered
vo: whats your qualification:
me: I have 3 degrees, so told all in detailed
vo: what will be your role?
me: I was telling him my role then he said ok ok
if there be no issues you will get your passport in 5-6 days.

So this was my experience. I would like to tell you that if you are working with same company for 1 yr or so and same company is filling your h1 then you will definitely get it as he didnt ask even single document from me.

Now,My employer say that they cant provide me with those details.What should i do?

Don't tense if you have below document
Dear Friend's
This is just formality but they want you are capable or not, and one thing is sure you must have IT returns of the company,w2 report and project detail wheather it is internal or client ,if you have these then no one can reject because they people are very helpful.best of luck!i got visa and i observe that all are in tense so i think to explain all of you who are in queqe best luck again

Regaring my h1 withdrawel from embassy

I attended my h1b visa interview at 6th october at germany us embassy but i got 221(g) white form in that they mentiones that they need 2 more docs from my US company.
They are////
1. 3 Yers tax returns of the US company.
2. Contract between clint and US company.
Now the problem is my US company is telling that they dont have a contract with clint which clint they mentioned in my offer letter. My be they will get contract after 3 or 4 months.
My questions is can i withdraw my h1b application from US embassy germany and can i attend in India?
Bcz my all documents and passport are in US embassy so is it possible?

I was in queue for 15min in the morning at 9. security check done. document check done. then they put me in the queue to talk to the VO. I have observed all of the vo's, I felt two guys were looking soft. I prayed god that I should go to any one of those 2. by luck I went to the one among those 2. and below is the interview:
VO: Good Morning sir, How are you?
Me: Good Monring, I am fine, How about you?
VO: I am good. Can I have your docuemnts, he checked it for few minutes, then asked about my qualification:
Me: B.TEch in Computer Science Engg:
VO: passout year?
Me: 2005
VO: Which University?
ME: JNTU
VO: CAn I see your edu. certificates?
Me: Yep, I have given him my complete cerficates (including semesters), he checked and given it back to me.
VO: how much is your total exp?
ME: 3 years and 6 months
VO: whats your job responsibilities wth the US employer?
ME: code development, bug fixing, unit level testing.
he checked for a while in computer, then he said congratulations sir, we have issued your visa and will be delivered in 7 workign days.
Just be confidant and give point to point answer and look into his eyes. you will get it.
in my case my employer was done complete documentation and my exp. was genuine. may be thats the reason I donot have any problems.

H1 was withdrawn
Hi, I have attended recently at chennai embossy for H1b. I went to VO:
two usual questions after
They asked me to go sit some where
after 2 hrs they called me and took some other cabin backside and they asked abt my experiences and told me that you had fake experience pls agree else you need to face difficult in future. I said no. Mostly first they concentrated on my current employer I have almost convinced them with my current employer. but my prev employer was fake and I got scared about their words and atlast aggreed and they asked me to write the same in white letter and took sign from me.
After 2 hrs waiting aagin VO called me and asked you have 2 ways.
1. you can withdraw ur petition
2. we will go further but sure you will have to face problems.
I said I dont want to go further. and she asked me to write withdrawing petition with number on the paper where I have written my fake agreeing info. Finally she gave my passport back and said all the best dont do these things next time.
Actually I was not intended to put the fake exp but many of my frnds suggested to keep the fake so I can get min 3yrs experince which required for H1. so I have added 1 extra yr exp with my original 2ex yrs exp.
I am working from same company and tried to go with the same company(it's almost consultancy I could say).
Finally VO gave one blue form and tick the mark at the column " sending to USICS for further review".
I have done the mistake without knowing impact as many people were saying that so many people go with fake exp and they see only current experience, dont worry. And I beleived that and spoiled my H1b.
Now Iam in tension how it is going to be impact on my career. What will be the possibilities that I will be facing bad.
If I get another comapny job and they start doing any US visa then what abt my situation. Can I go for any other country's?
Could anyone please help me that saying all the possibilities with details.

1) A copy of the petition with all supporting documents as filed to USCIS.
