I have applied for H1B in 2007 and got picked in random selection. on August 11 my status changed:

I have applied to H1B for 2009 cap, My file has been selected in lottory. I worked for company YYYY for 4 years. Presently working for company YYY for last 9 months. I applied H1 from ZZZ company. I have submitted present and previous company experience letters and Educational certificates for H1 processing. My qualification is BCA (10+2+3).
what kind of questions may be asked during the Visa stamping..?
Do we need to work for the ZZZ company (My H1 applied from this) but presently I am working YYY, will this give a problem?
And what is the best time to book a date for VISA stamping?

I got selected for 2009 H1b and approval sent also.
I have one doubt here.
Actually i applied for B1 from Xcompany-india and i have not stamped for it. and in the mean while Xcompany-inidia (USA branch) applied for h1b and got approval sent.
But i am working in Y company and put the same experience in my letters.
so, does it really affect in my Visa stamping. i am so worried . can any one clarify my doubt.

I was interviewd in Delhi consulate on 28th. It was simple and short for me.
Interview :
Vo: Hi Good Morning
Me: Hello GM
Vo: Which company you are working currently?
Me: Answered
Vo: Whats your degree?
Me: Engineering (CSE)
Vo: What are the languages that were teached in Engg?
Me: c,c++,pascal,cobol,java,Oracle etc
Vo: How many yrs of experience you have?
Me: total 4 in IT
Vo: Who is your employeer?
Me:Answered.
Vo: "your Visa is approved" and passport will e shipped in 7 working days.
Me: Thank you
I had gone through this site the day efore i interviewed.This helps alot..gives you more confidence as well. I would stringly recommend all to go through this web. Go with all the documents and prepare well. Though you dont have any docs...answer it in confident way and try to impress him/her. I was not asked any documents at all.
Please post me if you have any queries i will reply it if i can answer.

Attending for stamping
Dear friends,
Can anybody suggest me?The thing is that i attended for stamping for H1B visa on January 11th 2007 and i was given 221(g).i have submitted the asked docs through drop box on 29ht jan 2007 and i received a letter(white-221g) from consulate that my case is sent to USCIS along with my I129 and it is informed that my case will no longer be taken up at chennai.Now again h1 is applied some other company for this fiscal year 2008-09 and i have received my h1b papers.now tell me while taking up online appointment for stamping now,shall i put "yes" for the point" is your visa is refused twice in a last 12 months" or "no", being a fresh filing.please clarify.

i would like to give you some information because i'm working as technical recruiter in on US Based company so i have seen many people every year applying from my company.
you will find more 221G than Stamping cases here that means not that many people got 221g. what happen when someone got 221g he starts to find what reason can be for this and that way he come to this site and write down his or her experience. while someone got stammped he would be very happy person he spen his time to injoy it very few good person write their exp here.
on everage we can say 95 people outof 100 people get H1b and 4 people who got 221g also get their h1b but little late if they have not submitted fake documents. one 1 person outof 100 got rejected.
so dont worry be well prepared, you will get H1b.

Please help
I faced my interview one week back. Consulate asked me few questions regarding my education and how i got to know about the company then he issued me 221(g) green slip and asked me to bring it back when they call back. They kept my passport, original degree transcript , my service letters .. approval notice, letters from the US company .. etc.. all in originals.. They said they would get back to me but still i'm waiting for their call. In the green slip they have checked on other and has just mentioned "please bring when you come" ... Please let me know how should I proceed with this? It will be a BIG help if you all can share your ideas with me.. Thanks in advance !!
