221 g Related Issues
HI Friends,
Good Day!!
I am madhu. I am going to attend my h1b visa next month in Chennai. These days I am seen every one getting h1b. I am not seeing 221g related issues in Chennai. If no one is not got 221g it is very great news for everyone. But it is not passable. I think only people who got h1b those people only sharing their experiences. Who they don't get visa or 221g related issues they are not sharing their exp. I am kindly requesting you guys please share your exp if you don't get visa also (221g related issues) it is use full to our friends. Especially who had attended h1b visa interview in Chennai? Please share your exp.
Thanking you in advance for your help, I look forward to hearing from you soon.

H1B Experience
Questions:

1. Educational Background
2. Work Experience
3. Designation

Visa approved

Be confident, Only few people write their experience on this web site. Mostly who needs help regarding the visa or 221g case. Rest of the guys they don't write their experience as they become very excited after getting visa. So all you guys can count how many cases are there on this website for this year, may be 500. And rest of the guys got visa.So there is very very bleak chances that you will be rejected.

Best of LUCK for everyone

H1-B VISA stamping
Hi All,
I am very happy to share about my H1-b stamping experience. really immihelp gave me lot of confidence to get through my stamping.

Just i was asked 4 questions.

i will tell how it went.....

Once i enter into the ameriacan councelate general, chennai...to 12.00 p.m

They will strictly remaind us not keep any sealed covers and electroninc items irrelevent goods as mentioned in guidence sheet for all types of VISA....

once checking over they allow us to go into the councelate and i was told to stand in one perticular queu for document verification(no problem once we enter inside staff will guide/folowup us time to time where to stand and where to go next..)

keep all your ds-156,157 forms, passport along with your company folder which consist of I-797B,I-129B original forms and its supplamentary forms, and LCA and your educational credential certification issued by US authorities......I hand over to them....he verified and kept in one folder and asked me to give finger prints.....then he handed over folder to me and saying to go particular counter....

Here starts my pulse beating more.....I stood in line and waiting for my chance.....

Once my turnover came...VO asked me to come near to the counter and interviewd as follows...

VO: Hi, good afternoon, how r u?
me: I am fine. Thank you. How r u?
VO: good, give me the folder
me: yeh, sure...handed over
VO: what is your highest degree?
me: master in science -STATISTICS
vo: what is ur designation in YYYY X company?
me: I am a statistician?
vo: what is your job responsibilities?
me: i told briefly 3 to 4 sentences(keeping my current employer and matching with my past experience. its very imp to all)
vo: may i have your master degree certificate?
me: sure...i handed over to him
vo: good, u r well qualified person. he is checking in his system for 2 minutes....I am confidentlky looking at him with smiling face(inside my heart i am praying god to give positve results :) )
vo: take your documents, i am issuing VISA to you it will be couriered within two days to you.
me; thank you.
vo: all the best, thank you...
me: thank you with smiling face....no limits to my happines at that moment. all my tension vain kept from morning.

My experienced suggestions....just be cool with all your required documents...dont bring any sealed covers or unwantted items as per rules. get relaxed face in queu itself and keep an eye at counters what they are asking every one. remember all your forms to hadover them once they ask at your turn....

at the time of VO counter be confident/dynamic with pleasing face...listen carefully to himd and answer point to point. dont make him confuse by tellimg more. He will spend roughly 4 min with us. If you didnt understand anything ask him again...thats it..... u too will get happy days. all the best. PLZ REMAIND counselor dont go into deep our experience or subject knowledge. just he check whether we are fraud or not. so he will ask the questions related to ds-156,157 forms. its sure...dont bring impression that u r hiding something... take care bye.....

H1 B Approval.
Firstly, Thanks to all guys who added their experiences to help others.
Today, my visa stamping interview was at 11:45p.m. in New Delhi US-Ambassy. I reached there at time and after long waiting at 13:10p.m. my turn came.
Below is the questions which VPO asked me before saying "Your visa has been approved":

1. What is US Company?
2. How you come to know about US company?
3. How much salary you will get in US?
4. Where you will stay in US?
5. What you do in Current Company?
6. Asked about my Master and Bachelor degree?
7. Checked my documents send by US company.

So, Guys be confident and cool, don't take tensions. All of the above "Believe in GOD".
Best of Luck!

my H1b experience
heres what happened at my interview for my H1B visa.
I am from the uk living in CA.
I went to the US embassy in London, didnt queue long at all, about 10 mins if that.(no handbag or phone just my docs)
My number got called and I went to the first window within 15 mins to have my fingerprints taken and hand in my docs.
I then waited approx 2 hours for my number again and went to the interview window and was asked the following:
1)where do you work
2)how many people work there
3)how long have you been doing this kind of work

the clerk said thankyou and that i had been approved and i then went to pay the courier service to get my passport mailed back and i left
i got my passport and visa 3 days later.
