I red some of experiences posted in the site. Can any one clarify my question.
Question is
VO was asking tax returns from the company. Like which company tax returns we have to show. As the current employement (India) or US company.

Experience of Chennai Consulate
Friends,
As everyone knew this is the best site which helps so many non-immigrants to get the Visa. My friend Prasad and me appeared in the Chennai consulate on Monday and Tuesday respectively. Here is the experience of ours:
Friend: Good Afternoon, Sir.
VO : Goot Afternoon.
VO : Pls. give me your documents.
Friend: Given all the documents(He doesn't have I129 or LCA with him @ that time).
VO : Where is your I129 and LCA.
Friend : Oh ! is it required. There is nothing mentioned in VFS site so i didnt brought it here, i have it at my home.
VO : He entered the INS no. and took the printout of I-129 and LCA and attached it with his I-797.
VO : In which company r u going to work?
Friend: YYYY YYYY YYYY X
VO: Which project r u going to work?
Friend: YYYY YYYY YYYY ZZZ
VO: Can you give me some photograph of your company?
Friend: I have it in CD but here they didnt allowed me to bring inside.
(He has one photcopy document in which the company photographs were there, he sawed that one)
VO: Can you give me the tax return of the company?
Friend: Searched in the file...(VO asked him to give it to him....he has given it to him and VO searched in that but he didnt found it)
VO: there is no tax return document as such in your docuements.
Friend: THese are the documents i received from United Status.
VO: ANyway I knew the company just pay your fees.
My interview, i think it wont helpful to you.
As such he asked for the documents and i have submiited those...VO told me i knew the company just pay your fees.

some tips for ur visa stamping
some tips:
1. prepare all possible questions with support doc
2. be bright & keep smile in ur face
3. always give true & simple one line answers
the VO's are very kind & highly trained professionals. they will judge within a minute about ur genuinity in ur documents. give only the exact document that is asked for. arrange ur documents well & remember their order.
some lady VO's go by their checklist. u may endup answering so many questions. but their intention is not rejecting ur visa. so dont worry if u r rite.
DONT BECOME NERVOUS AT ANY TIME !

this is the 2 nd time i was went to us consulate chennai
regarding 221g query
first time i got the query as
nutralised lease agreement of the company and where the beneficiary will work
and 2 nd time also i got 221g query as
end client supervision letter where the beneficiary will work
my employer send me the purchase order is it sufficient to that query or the VO requires any documents
any body can explain me about the situation
and for howlong it takes to get the visa can you explain pls

My Interview at chennai on 26th Sep'06
Thanks to all for posting the messages on this site.I attended chennai consulate on 26th sep and my timing was 3.15 pm.I was allowed inside by 2.45PM,Initially they will check u r passport,hdfc receipt and interview letter and they will let u in.Next stage they will check u r DS-156 and 157 forms and u r original petition papers,they will be keep them in a file and hand it over you are asked to go the next building for finger printing and for the interview.
My turn :
Me : Hi sir , How r u doing
VO : Good, How about you
Me : good thanks
VO : So who is u r petitioner
Me : Blah blah
VO : what is u r highest degree
ME : blah blah..
VO : Asked for marksheets
Me : given all..
VO : Where u will be working
Me : At so and so client
VO : Any letter
Me : yup , i gave the copy i received
VO : I need the actual invitation and the contract
Me : Sorry sir , I dont have them
VO : dont worry man, i am issuing a 221(g),no need to attend again, u can drop the papers in the DropBox at any VFS locations along with u r passport,DD(2400),DS156 n 157

This was how it is..I feel if we have all the documents in hand,I think it is a sure shot for a visa.Getting 221(g) is ok,If the petitioner is strong than definetly he will arrange all the papers.It is a matter of few weeks.
So my suggestion is ask the petitioner well in advance for the client invitation letter and itenary of services (which means they expect a letter from the petitioner regarding u r work for the period of stay there in US)

Hi,
I attended chennai consulate in the month of jan.
I got 221g asking client letter,project description,marketing analysis....etc..after 8 months my Employer has sent the docs.
After this much gap can i attend the consulate?i get any problem?
If anybody as experieced this situation pls share their experiece.
