Got my L1-B Individual approved
First of all, let me thank this site and the contributors who have shared their experiences here.It helped a lot in preparation and boosting your confidence.

My interview was scheduled on 20th Nov at Chennai consulate. My Wife, kid and I took the Shatabdi express from Bangalore and reached Chennai on 19th.. The appointment was scheduled at 10:45am. Since my company had given us coupons for the Star and Stripes lounge, we reached at the lounge around 10:00am. I think it doesn't make sense to buy the coupons for this lounge if you are paying the money yourself as there is hardly any value add this guys do.
Anyways, we were taken to the consulate at 10:40am in the shuttle and there was hardly any queue outside the consulate. After the verification, we went inside and since I had my 2.5 yr kid with me, we were given preference in the queue for the document verification section.
He collated the required documents (DS 156, 157, Web appointment receipt, L1 petition etc.) in a specific order and took our finger prints. They were told to go to the other counter where the VO asked the following questions

1. Is this a new project or you have already been working on it
Ans: Working on this project for the last six months.

2. How long u have been working with your company
Ans: YYYY yrs

3. Tell me something about the work you do
Ans: Explained my work

4. What would be the duration of your assignment
Ans: YYYY Yrs

Thats it..The VO told us that we would be getting our passport within 3 days and we got the passport on 24th Nov.

Blanket L1B Approved
Hi The following questions were asked to me:
Vo: Hi
Me: Hi Good morning sir.
Vo: Good morning. Can I have ur token please.
Me: Said Yes sir and passed the token to him.
VO: So u work for ZZZ?
Me: Yes sir.
Vo: who is your client.
Me: ZZZ
VO: how long are u been working with this client?
Me: 2 years sir.
VO: total experience?
Me: 2 years sir.

Thats it. And he started stamping the documents and passed me 2 copies of I129S. Be bold and confident in your answers and DRESS WELL. This is the most important part of the interview. Most people dont give must attention to this. but it is most important. Also 20 percent depends on your luck as whom you get as your visa officer. So be bold and confident and the visa will be yours.

L1B got approved
Me and my wife went for L1B,L2 stamping last week and it got approved.

I want to thank this site and each one of you for sharing all your experiences and questions, which helped us to prepare a lot.

we went to chennai consulate and we waited for long time and our turn came after 3 hours of wait time. so guys be prepared

I want share few things for people who are getting appointments in the afternoon:

1. Counter to receive L1B Visa fee dd's will be closed at the lunch time. so we need to wait at that time.

2. Also after lunch time 2pm, there will be shift change of visa officers and more number of counters will open.

we are not sure that we will be sent to which counter for interview till the end.

Atlast our turn came,

Me: Good afternoon (gave the documents)
VO: Good afternoon
she took only I129 and I797 and returned everything and started stamping.

VO: Who is ur client:
Me: YYYY X
VO: How long with current company?
ME: xx years
VO: Educational background.
Me: xxxxx

VO turned to my wife and asked her few questions
VO: where did your husband studied
VO: where did your marriage happened
VO: Whats ur father-in-law do?

thats it, by the time she stamped I129 and said that we will receive passport in another 2 days.

Thanks a lot for everyone and all the best who are going to attend the interview.

keep praying god and luck will follow you.

L1B Blanket approved in chennai on 26 Nov
Hi All,
Thanks to everyone for their experiences posted here at this site. I had my L1B interview at chennai consulate schedule @ 8AM. I stood on the queue by 7 and it was heavily raining. I reached the gate by 8 o' clock and security checked for all the documents. NEVER have any sealed documents. Also, please DO NOT bring your mobiles. Then, we were directly asked to go the VISA block. After getting the finger impressions, consulate worker arranged all of my documents in the correct order. I have been asked to pay the anti fradulent DD in the BEP counter.

L1B candidates do not go and stand in a queue simply. Better ask the consulate workers there. I wrongly stood in the F1 queue for some time. Then a consulate worker asked me to go a counter. I have posted the questions here. All were straight forward questions.

Are you applying for L1B/L2B?
Why do you need to go to US?
What is your project and specialization?
How long you have been with your company?
Will you work @ client site or your technology center?
How long you have been working for client?

ALL THE BEST.
