Thanks a lot to this group . It has helped a lot to clear my VISA interview .
My interview was scheduled at 7.30 AM but I was allowed to enter at 7.00 AM itself. I went into the first counter and they have checked my HDFC receipt and returned all my Documents.
I have taken left and went for the next building and have paid the DD after 8.00 AM and got the receipt.
I was standing in the long queue and got my changes at 9.10 AM

First of all, thanks a lot for all who have posted their experiences here..
I had my PA today at 8AM, in chennai. I reached there by 7.40 and security guard asked me to go inside. Initially security check was done and then I entered prescreening section. I waited there for few minutes. After document verification and finger print, I went to cashier counter to pay the DD. Then VFS guys asked me to stand in a queue for interview. I waited there for 15-20 mins. Intially I was feeling bit nervous but later I was very confident.I greeted the VO. The questions and answers are mentioned below..
1.Q You have applied for L1B blanket?
A. Yes mam.
2.Q. From how long are you in ZZZ?
A. I am working in YYYY since 1 year 10 months
3. Q. So your client is ZZZ?
A. Yes
4. Q. What are your specialized knowledge?
A. I have been specialized in YYYY proprietary tools like ZZZ,ZZZ and ZZZ
5. Q. Are you going to develop the system?
A. No, it has been developed long before, I am going for enhancement activities.
6.Q Do you have any of your clients contact?
A. Yes, since I am in this project for past 1 year and 8 months, I know many of my clients.
She started signing my petition.. then came the words, your visa will be sent to your office.. have a nice trip...
I wished her a nice day and left the office with a smile..

Thanks for all your suggestion, experience which helped me a lot.
My company procssed my L1B-Individual premium application through our immigration attorney in US. As its premium alpication it got approval in just 4-days. Then I scheduled my interview at Chennai. In interview they just asked me 3-questions.

Regarding the documents to be accompanied with my child
Hi All,
My husband is on L1 and L2 visas were granted to me and my two kids in Feb 2008. I joined my husband along with my elder kid in march 2008.
Can u Please help me out in following questions
1. My Younger kid in India who is hardly 16 months old can join me(She has valid L2 Visa)Now
2 If so, what are the documents that need to accompany my kid?
3. My mother has a valid dependent multiple entry visa from march 2006 to march 2016. She has already visited US and stayed with my brother who is on H1(He has sponsored her earlier)
4. Can she bring my child? If so, do i need to take any letters from my brother for her visit again? Can she drop my child with me(stay a few days with me) and join my brother.
I do need to have information on this as soon as possible. can anyone help me out!

L1 Blanket visa
Hello All,
I had my L1 blanket visa interview on 11th of July at Delhi; this is my second time appearing for L1 visa at US Embassy. First time it was held at Chennai and this time due to the busy schedule at Chennai consulate I had been appread at Delhi Consulate. I would like to thank everyone involved in this site for the wonderful help and who ever share their experiences.
My Interview was scheduled at 07:45AM and I reached by 07:00, after Security Check, I was asked to stand in a line where the VFS guy help you to arrange the documents in the proper order. After I submitted the documents at the counter I was asked to sit inside the lobby...While sitting in the lobby I was wondered that many people carrying their hand baggage inside. We can carry our bags and we can also deposit our cell phones with security and can collect back once we are done with the interview.
After I entered the lobby I was asked to wait for few minutes till my documents reached them after verifying the DD's. After that I had to get my fingers scanned. Then they asked me to stand in Queue Number 3, I had to wait for 20min.
As I standing in Queue...I observed that most of them getting there visas approved and few got rejected. The lady VO was very friendly looking and very polite.
Now it's time for My Interview :)
Me - Hello Maam...How are you doing today?
VO - good, Thanks. Well we will start with your Fingerprints (asked me to put my fingers on scanner) - Finger Prints scanning has been done.
VO - How long you have been with the Company?
Me - XX Months
VO - Which visa you applied for?

Me - XYZ Company
VO - What's your client into?
Me - Explained about my client business profile in 2 sentences.

My visa got APPROVED and I walked out from the consulate by 09:30AM....One and Only sugession is NO Nervousness on your face...be prepared to answer about your project and your specilized skills. Proper documentation read the job description given in your documentation.

My interview date was July 10 9:15 am(Chennai), My wife and 1.5 year kid was also there with me.
We reached the consulate by 8.20 am, there was a long queue in front of the gate. The queue was
mixed with people for different timings. In the gate, they checked the consulate appointment
letters and passport. (so keep the appointment letter and passport together when u reach the
gate).
went inside, they have done security check and asked me to go to one counter for finger
scanning, After finishing the finger scanning for me and my wife, he has taken all my
documents,DDs and arranged in order and given back the file to me.
