I got my L1B blanket approved on Nov25 in Delhi embassy. SO donot panic as I did just because u r having very less yrs of experience. All that I wanted to tell you is that if u r in a good Proj and ur pretty confident about your role and ur proj then Visa is urs!!! Without further delay tell me post my experience right away!!!!

I never thought this was a Visa interview!!! I think I m a very lucky gal to get a VO officer like her. She was just talking to me like a friend!!! I just felt so comfortable so pleased. It was just an amazing experience. Even though it was a long conversation I was completely enjoying it!!!!
Tips:
1. Dress formally!!
2. If you are desperate about getting ur Visa opt for Delhi consulate! Because all most all the ppl who came for L1B blanket got their VISA.
3. Just make them feel at ease and keep the conversation lively. (before that read the mind of the VO). Donot panic. From the fist two converstion I understood she was of my type and I just made her feel the same! Do some Natak yar come on!!!

I cannot thank more of how helpful this site has been for my preparation. I attending L1A interview today with my wife and there were 4 simple questions
Q. How long were you working in the company?
A. YYYY years

Q is it the same client?

Q Is it the same visa as earlier?
A. Yes
Visa has been issued.
No questions for my wife. Finally it went a lot smoother than I had expected. Good luck guys n gals.

L1B Got approved
Got my L1B approved. Dont worry about the procedures and formalities, they have enough people to guide you there. So they all would happen automatically. Just concentrate on your Visa Interview part.
I was asked only one question after a formal greeting between us.
VO: What is your project?
Me: It is a developement project. (Then one line description)
Then he verified the docuements and kept the passport with him, returned me two other documents and Called the next person. I understood (since he kept my passport) that mine was approved.
me: Thank you Sir.
VO was busy in receving the other applicant.
Based on my experience, I would tell, apart from your preparation and all your hard work, you should have that luck factor to get the Visa. So go prepared for everything.

Let me thanks to all the people who have been involved with the Site and People Sharing their experience.I had my interview at 10:15 am on 17th November.I went around 9:00 am to the Visa office,There was a big long queue.I contacted one of the VFS offical.He said since you are having your Family(Exceptions for Small babies) we will let you In directly come at 10:00 am.At 10:00 am they directed me to the Appointment verfication counter.Here you need to provide your Appointment Receipt and Passport for Verification.After I Entered the Visa office there they checked folders for any sealed documents and then they let me in.Document Verification Section Please sort your documents.Documents required Passport,D156,d157,I-797 & I-129S.The will check for names on D156,D157 for matching with the passport,DD,Photograph Specification etc.Then i was directed to other Building for Paying DD and Visa Interview.After paying the DD I was directed to VO:-
Directed to Counter Number 6.
Me: Good Morning Sir.
VO : just nod of the head.
VO: Asked me to give the File(Passport,Forms etc)
Me : Gave them.
VO : Started Looking at his computer and entering,Asked me to keep the middle finger of right hand for scanning.
me : did the same.
VO: Looked at my Baby and wife before entering the details
Wife :To scan for Left hand Thumb and right hand middle finger for scanning.
VO : he was asking me my role,suddenly he said do you have another copy of I-129S
me : Let me check.I found it.I told the lady at the verification counter gave it back to me.

L1B Experiences
First of all, i must congragulate this site. This site will really boost the confidence. My interview was scheduled last week @ 10.15. I used stripes and lounge facility . This facility will help to bypass the long queue standing in the road side. At VFS, one guy verified the document and arranged in correct fashion. One issues that was commonly happening was the wrong dimension in the Photo that most of them are bringing. The photo should be 50mm * 50mm. A square one. This is not the old passport size. The specification is that back ground should be white etc. In the studio, you need to specifically mention that it is for US Visa purpose. In VFS, there is one option to get that instant phtoto.
I went VFS @ 9:30. At 10.00, they took me to US embassy in a VAN. There, the security officials allowed us to by pass the long queue standing in the road. After showing the passport and interview letter, they allowed to enter inside the counsulate. AFter a security body check up, they told to us to stand in the queue for doucment verficication and scanning the fingures. After that they told me to go to next building to pay DD. In the next building, i paid the DD and then stood in the queue for Visa interview.
When my turn came, VO smiled at me and asked How i am?
Me: I am fine, How are you madam?
VO : I am fine, give me the documents.
Me gave the documents.
She started looking the documents and started giving back some papers to me
VO :How long you are working ZZZ?
Me : 2 yr 1 month
VO: Who is your client?
Me: ZZZ
VO: Oh ZZZ? What are you going to do in ZZZ?
Me: I am going to work for a project, where my job is to analysize the requirement and enhance the application uisng YYYY (company's) properitery tools.
VO: Oh !!! Properitery tools?
Me :Yes with a smile
VO : Did you design the application?
Me : Yes
VO : IS this the application is in production?
Me :Yes
VO for how long this is in production?
Me : 1 Year
VO : Cool.

The verifying office was an American Lady at counter no:7

2. Was it a love or arranged marriage?
3. Who arranged the marriage?
4. Why your parents thought Mr X is the perfect match for you?
5. Did you meet before your marriage?
6. How many times you met Mr X before marriage?
7. Where did you meet?
8. Did you meet Mr X alone or along with your parents?
Thanks to my wife she has done well and now the verifying officer turned towards me and told me:
VO: Everything looks OK to me, let me stamp the I29S forms for you which you need to carry during your travel to states.
VO: It seems I am missing some documents here. Do you have a document like this (shown me the I29S form given by Wipro. I had one copy left with me; earlier two copies were collected from me by the consulate authority while standing in the queue)
Me: Yes I have one more copy with me.
VO: Give it to me. I need this.
Me: Gave the form to her.
Now the verifying office stamped two I29S forms and handed it over to me and told:
VO: Please handover one form to your company and carry one with your while traveling to USA. So now all done for you.
Me: Thank you very much. Have a nice day.
VO: You too.
All aspiring candidates, be confident and polite you will definitely get the VISA stamped without any trouble.

i stayed at hotel near Moti bagh delhi karnataka sangha ,its very near to US embassy ,we took an auto and reached by 8.40 am,There was quite a long quee,well we got through the security chek and stood at line 3 we stood in line for 20 min and then at counter 2 we got verified all our documents and went inside the Embassy ,there i first subbimted my DD of rs 27000 rs and then stood in line for my finger print ,all our 10 fingers we taken image first left 4 fingers and then right 4 fingers and then our two thumb,both me and my wife ,and then we were given one token number ,no worries they will arrange all ur documents . we took a seat for 20 minutes then they caled our sl no and then i stood in que ,
my turn came for interview
a lady interviewd me she was very good
here were the questions asked
CO:Hi good mornign how are you doing .
me: Hi good morning iam doing fine thank you how about you .
CO :Looking at documents serusly and then asked whats ur specialization :
me : Answered in 2 lines:
CO :Whats your qualification :
me : Answered my education qualification

I had PA on 6th Nov 2008 and It got approved.
As My petition is an attorney petition, there were not much questions to me.
I was asked a question " What will you do in US?"
Then I said YYYY , ZZZ,ZZZ ..
Thatz all, He said my visa has been approved and will be courierd to my company.
Please be clear on your answers.
Don't tell any of your company tools, As Visa Officers are very much known that you won't use the tools.
