oath of ceremony Los Angeles CA
hello guys!
I would like to make an update regarding my oath
the oath of ceremony process was pretty easy
**** in a previous post during my n400 I mentioned that the officer told me "the ceremonies in LA location were held on WED and FRI" well that wasn't the case as the my ceremony was held on a Monday
I remember when I got my I-551 stamp I saw a veryyyyy veryyy small ceremony was held 10 people or less
my oath of ceremony took place behind the building and it was out doors
the number of people was 50+
it was pretty easy, just 4 steps
1- wait in line to be checked in (while they are checking you. in they will review your oath notice questions on the back + they will take your green card and work permit)
note: when I got my I-551stamp in feb 2021 the officer took my green card and he mentioned that its ok if I don't have my green card during the interview and the oath
well, the lady at the oath when I was checking in she was surprised that they took it from me
2- take the oath
3- take the naturalization certificate
NOTE: DOUBLE CHECK THE information on the Naturalization certificate, make sure they wrote the write name- dob ... etc
4- take a picture :)
that was it.

April 2020 filer update, san francisco field office.
I checked online account n it says they have mailed request for evidence and it may further delay my process. I havent received any mail yet. Anyone received similar mail?

Question: Skipping tax filing because of no taxable income can be an issue?
Hi, everyone. A couple of years ago, unfortunately I had no taxable income. Hence, I did not file my tax return. Can it be an issue when applying for the citizenship?
Do I need to belatedly file a tax return reporting zero taxable income for that year?
In a related question, when am I supposed to submit my tax filing reports for the past five years?
At the time of submitting N-400? Or at the time of interview at a local USCIS field office?

Hello, My N400 interview is scheduled in the upcoming month in San Jose (Coleman Ave). Does anyone know whether by chance the oath ceremony can be done in the same day?
I also assume that mobile can be brought inside (but keep off). Otherwise, please inform.

Last week uscis sent a notice for request for evidence after biometric reuse. I am still waiting for them to send me a pdf or copy of letter that what they need! Would you please tell me what documents did you attached when you applied for citizenship. I attached :

What is the political party of our president today

Be calm you would do fine just study as much possible and get to know the governor of your local state
