Atlanta filed office - Oath Ceremony will be Scheduled
Interviewed in April 6, 2020. Statues change to recommended for approval, then Oath Ceremony will be scheduled same day. Still waiting for Oath Ceremony notice mailed. Anyone has experience in Atlanta field office recently, how long it will take for them to mail the ceremony notice? The other interesting thing is for the online account, the estimated timeline disappeared, and replaced with a statement " Your next milestone: receive your case decision"

I went to get a stamp in the Chicago field office because I have a pending 751 2 weeks ago and informed the officer about my pending N400. officer informed it was in line for an interview and will make sure I get an interview date within the next 2 weeks and to bring my spouse with me for both cases to be adjucated. One thing is sure, she sure did get me an interview. I'm excited for this long journey to finally end. WIll make sure to post and provide an update after my interview.

They scheduled mine on May 18th in Newark, NJ at 9:30am, a question should i wait outside the bulding or just walk in at 9:15 am and they will let me up ? Isnt there any line outside? I bet million ppl have interview before me how they control this “arrive 15 min prior your interview time” thing? I’m planning to bring absolutely every single document that i’ve been gathering since our marriage in 2016, should i also bring the passport photos? Please if anyone had recent experience share, thanks! 🙏

I applied for my citizenship on September 11, 2019. I did my N400 interview on March 11, 2021. After the interview, a passed the English, Civics, and Government Tests. But decision could not be made. IO requested for additional evidence. And after two days I submitted the evidence. And this evidence was for a criminal conviction of disorderly conduct, which I completed my probation by doing some domestic counseling program in 2019. The case was in 2015. And after I submitted certified copies off all documents including case disposition, document of probation completion, email from the police department that says the police report is no longer since it has been over 5 years.
Now, the IO has requested for copies of my current marriage certificate and copy of termination of my previous Marriage. I also submitted the copy online through my USCIS portal, since the request indicated that I can submit it through the portal. However, these second evidence requested are not certified copies since the IO did not say certified copies. The first evidence, the IO indicated that the evidence be certified copies.
Now, after submitting all of these evidence, my status change to: Your next milestone is: attend your interview: time until decision is made is 12 months.
So, is this a system triggered or does this indicate that my case will be resolved soon because I got a status on my Mobil phone about case update, but I did not see anything order than the previous status. Thank you. Please give me your thoughts.

Fact: i called uscis on 02/11/2021 and told them that its been almost 9 month and there is no update not even about bio and what is going on, she said to wait and so on, standard text. I’m not sure if my call helped or it was just coinsidence but on 02/12/2021 my bio has been reused.
I will do update after interview, hoping for the best 🤞🏻🙏
