i was at the office in the morning early 8.30 interview scheduled for 9.00 after 4 hours wait time supervisor said im so sorry we couldnt locate your file we have to reschedule please call me next week tuesday to fallow up i called next tuesday she said the officer who taking care of my file he was on vocation will be back next week tuesday so im still waiting i hope they will call me to reschedule i couldnt take my interview test 😥

Any experiences with processing times in Omaha? I filed March 11, Biometrics Apr. 9, nothing since. Estimated time: 13 months!! Seems high for Omaha.

N400 based on marriage
Hello everyone so iam almost going to submit n400 in few months based on marriage have preparing all the documents but i have a question regarding tax return is it required to send them over or not ? Because when i read the requirment it says tax return, statements,or bills ..etc just want to clarify it

So today, I managed to speak to a Tier 2 officer at USCIS as I am super anxious waiting for my interview date.
He told me that my background check was completed on the day of my biometrics, and nothing at all was found. He told me I have nothing to worry about and that all I need to do is wait for my interview date.
He then told me that I have been in the queue for an interview date since the 28th of June 2018 at the New York City Field Office, and he cannot tell me how many other applications there are in front of me.
Anyway, I am just surprised to read on a few other blogs that there are some in NYC who have applied after me and have passed their interview and are now naturalised.
The processing times for New York City is between 13 months and 23 months, which only tells me I could be waiting until May 2020, and I really do not know if I can wait that long.
I have been in this country on H1-B and O-1 visas until I applied for my Green Card which I received within 4 months, and every one of those applications went smoothly and surprisingly quickly.
Is everyone waiting for their NYC interview date in the same boat?
Any reassurances and experiences would be helpful, please.

Today I received an email that an action has being taken on my case
I opened my case and it said me your application has been transferred to another Ford for review.
My estimated wait time is now 8days and case completion is in 2 months am soo confused now. Has anyone received this kind of action taken before?
