Houston, TX. Filer
Hi All,

My Process Date for N-400 October 5, 2017. I had my Citizenship Interview December 4, 2018. I PASSED!!!! The IO was really awesome she really made me feel so comfortable and didn’t ask me all these crazy questions everyone was telling me about. I’m just waiting for the Oath Ceremony, I was told by the IO that I’d be getting a letter in the mail and that more then likely I would be attending the one in January or February, but my status online hasn’t even changed, it’s been almost 2 weeks and it still says “My Interview was Scheduled” Does anyone have any input in this or any idea how long it will be for the Oath Ceremony in Houston? Thanks all :)

Twin Cities Filler
Hello All,

I filled my N-400 online in Minneapolis/St Paul field office and so far my timeline is as follows:

N-400 application on Nov 17
Finger prints on Dec 14
and now it says estimated time: 20 months.

Looks like long wait and I'm wondering if this is accurate. Anyone from twin cities please share your experience with me.
Thank you all.

Atlanta, N400 interview successful, but fiingerprints problem....
First, thanks for everybody who shared their experiences and answered questions here. I belong to the Atlanta field office and here is my timeline and question:

1/12/2018 Submitted the application
1/26/2018 Biometrics
11/5/2018 interview scheduled
12/13/2018 interview

Interview was quite simple for my straight forward case. Passed civic test and English test very quickly. But at the end, officer said that he cannot approve because the my fingerprints could not go through the system by the end of the interview. He made me do fingerprints twice during the interview which did not help. He said everything is OK with my case and he would approve me if not for this fingerprint problem. He also asked me did I ever had fingerprints problem before. I said no. He said the fingerprints is still pending and if it go through, I will get the oath ceremony letter in mail. I asked what would be the worse case and he said they may ask me to come back to redo finger prints in the worst case.

Did this happen to anybody here? I know it does not sound like a big problem, but still make me feel bad today since I was expecting an approval.

Thanks

I filed for citizenship based on 5 years of having my green card. Here is my timeline:

6/11/2018 App Submitted Online
6/16/2018 We scheduled your Biometrics
7/2/2018 We Reviewed your Biometrics

It seemed really quick from the time I filed my application to getting the biometrics appointment but now it hasn't moved along it just shows "we reviewed your biometrics, you do not need to do anything at this time. Online it shows that my estimated completion time is July 2019. My concern is that my Green Card expires in July 2019. Anyone go through the same thing??

Dallas Interview
My wife has her interview tomorrow based on 3 yr marriage to US Citizen. Do you know if it's ok if she doesn't have copy form of I-751 (removal of 2 yr conditional resident)? i filed this back in 2016 but forgot to make copies of it. we have copy of N-400. I hope it won't be that big of an issue since we do have her passport stamped saying pending I-751 and it extends her stay every 1 year.

her timeline is

pd: 9/6/17
recieved interview letter on 11/7/18
interview schedule for 12/13/18.

Thanks all.
