N400
I just received this notification this morning on USCIS App:
We strongly encourage you to update your address with USCIS to ensure you receive all correspondence and benefits from us in a timely manner and avoid possible delays or denials related to your case.

Did anyone received something like that?

Dallas filler N400
Hi,

Any Dallas N400 here?

I sent my package via USPS on January 19th 2022

January 22nd the package was received

January 24th fingerprints reused no new ones needed

Since then, case has been stuck in: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS.

Website also shows: Estimated time* until case decision:
approx. 7 months…

My case is based on marriage to an U.S. Citizen (3 years rule)…

Would be great to find people here with similar timeline and same office…

The waiting game is killer but almost there and done…

Thank you!

Military N400 N426
Shipped to BMT Feb 8th 2022
Filled and printed my N426 to BMT, they all said I can’t signed but I did all I could to make sure the Base Commander signed. Immediately I got access to my phone after graduation I scanned it in and submitted.
April 1 2022 Submitted online
April 8th Actively reviewing and no Biometric required
June 8th scheduled for interview
July 21st Interviewed, Recommended for approval, scheduled in line for Oath and sworn in all in same day.
Even as military, still go with all the documents you have, Tax retuned, marriage certificate, birth certificate and all. He asked if I have I said yes and I showed them to him. Fortunately he’s an 0-6 officer in my base, what an irony
The day I knew my Interview date, I already book my appointment at USPS for my passport.
Drove straight to USPS and submitted my passport.
June 26th passport in progress.
This Forum has been helpful since day one of CPT-OPT-I485-N400 now the journey is over.
God is indeed good….

N-400 application
Hello Forum,
I am seeking to hear if anyone had a similar situation as mine.
I am a LPR. I had to leave the US because of the death of my parents. During my stay abroad, my hone country did have strict COVID protocols and a lot of delays and complications happened, I was banned from traveling outside of my country unless I obtained a third COVID booster shot so I couldn’t return to the US on time before the 6 month mark. All in all I was out of the US for about 7 months and a couple of weeks. My LPR is based on a 3 year marriage to a US citizen. I am aware that staying away for 6 months or more may result in the N-400 denial. Has anyone had a positive outcome for staying abroad over 6 months, considering COVID and foreign countries having restrictions. Or was anyone able to pass the interview while having this 6 month abroad issue?

Thank you
