Documents to take for Oath Ceremony
Other than n-445, n-652 and Greencard and what documents to take. I came here on F1, then H1, then GC. Do I have to take all filing/approval documents?

El paso Tx update
UPDATE:
had the interview yesterday. On my letter it said only to bring my greencard, ID and Social security card along with the letter but to be safe i took everything from my tax transcripts to passport and birth certificates (Everything haha). Interview was alot easier than what i read here on the forum. The IO asked the long list of yes and no questions then went straight into the civics and english test. Didnt even go through my application. I signed the oath ceremony stuff and was done and was recommended for approval. I was out in less than ten minutes. Status online changed to Approved and estimated time changed from 11 months to 5months but the io said that in the next 4-6 weeks i should recieve the letter for the oath ceremony.
My IO was very intimidating haha he wouldnt break eye contact no smile nothing until the very end when he said congratulations.

The processing times are intimidating for some FO but i advise that you ignore the numbers (unless its taking too long ofcourse) and have faith. When i last checked my FO processing times it was 11.5mo to 18mo. Goodluck and keep sharing experiences! It truly helps :) ill be back with an update.

Ps i filed using online and i did the 90day filing.

Interview experience NYC
Guys i had my interview today and after 20 minutes i was given the N-652 with section "A" marked: congratulations you've been recommended for approval. Literally just a chit chat and asked straight forward questions about what was already on my application.

Passed the civics test with a breeze you've really just got to study and you will be fine. The only thing was difficult writing the answer for the writing portion of the test because the stylus was not working, i ended up just writing with my finger on the pad

She did say if i don't get a letter in 120 days to call. I checked my status on line and it was updated to recommended for approval and submitted for quality review.

I signed the pad that gave information on what to expect at the oath ceremony . she said congratulations and enjoy the holiday weekend. Glad this nerve wrecking part is over but the wait continues for the oath letter.

Good luck to everyone else awaiting an interview!

Infopass Experience
Hi all,

I went in for an infopass bc I have been waiting for almost a month now for my oath ceremony notice meanwhile the IO said 2-3 weeks. I went in yesterday, it wasn't that bad. The IO asked how he could help me and I told him I was travelling in Dec and I need to know when I will get my notice, first he said you have time and it soon and I was like how soon. Then he asked for my id and names then he logged into his computer. The internet was slow, so the IO called the USCIS doing the scheduling and they said they will be sending out notices for oath ceremonies for Sept interviewees btw Now and first week of November. That Before the end of October anyone who had a september interview should be getting a notice.

I pray I get mine sometime this week bc there's a last court one on the Oct 15th and I need a court one bc I had a name change. Let's keep people who got approved in September....

Problems with immigration law from the past
Hello,
I had problems with law like 20 years ago. I went to immigration court and got it pardoned/settled. Now I have citizenship interview. Do I tell the truth my violation? I was told no because it was more than 20 years ago and it was already pardoned/settled in court.

USCIS Online Account Number
Hello everyone,

December 3rd will be my 5th anniversary in this country and I wanted to make use of the early filing. I however don't remember my USCIS online account number; I remember I had an online account that I used to monitor the status and shipment of my green card. I don't remember any detail about the account, not even the email address. My question is, do I need to have access to this account before I can file online or I can create a new account. Thanks.

Hey guys
For people who had an interview there are must of the questions in the 100 questions has 2 or 3 answers for example:
What is an amendment?
* achange to the constitution

My question is , can I pick one of the answers or it has to be both ?
