Decision cannot be made. My wife traveled abroad 4 times before the application for citizenship, and went once on vacation on cruise after application was sent, wondering if that’s the issue that would slow there decision?

We received your application: June 7th 2018
We scheduled your biometrics: June 9th 2018
Biometrics day: June 26th, 2018
We reviewed your biometrics: June 26th 2018
We scheduled your interview: August 6th
Interview date: September 11, 2018 at 8:30am
After interview, IO asked for two passport size photos and said I should expect my Oath notice before the end of the month and that he will recommend my application for approval.
You attended your interview: Sept 11th, 2018
We approved your application: Sept 11th, 2018
Status says: "We will mail you a letter when we schedule your naturalization ceremony."
I pray I get it by the end of the month bc I have an international trip in december and i need to get my passport done and a visa for that country. FYI I had a middle name changed too.

Getting a decision could not be made, after 17 months is hard to swallow, but we have had friends several years earlier that breeze right to citizenship, my wife been here sense 2010 worked one place and lived 2 places, perfect record. It’s hard to understand why we’re getting this decision at this time!! I’m wondering if they are letting fewer people to citizenship!!You give them exactly the documents they ask for, and answer all the questions 100 percent right, even though there trying to trip you up by talking fast. Can anybody tell me anything that might help..........

I just got a text message "We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number NBC*008152246. We sent a notice ..."
QUESTION: how long does it take in Brooklyn, NY from the time they sent out the notice and actual Oath ceremony? I'm out of town until Monday night, trying to make sure I won't miss it as I don't know what the actual date is until I receive it in the mail.
