N400 - Dallas, TX
Hello!

I was wondering in any of you have submitted your N400 around January 19, 2022.

My timeline is:

Nothing else since then

I would appreciate if someone in Dallas, TX have the same or close timeline to let me know how your process is going…

N-400
Hi all,

I just got a change of status that an interview has been scheduled. I will receive the mail in a couple of days. I opened an online account sometime during this Immigration process but never used it (forgot login & password) so I had the app on my phone.

I applied for the N-400 on 11/12/2021. Got the three letters by 11/19/2021. Today 03/22/2022 my status changed to interview scheduled. My application is marriage based (5yrs).

I applied for my I-751 January 2019. March 4th 2020 my status changed to ready to schedule an interview. I have had my passport stamped twice for the 551 stamp, I was due for the third one this August 2022. It’s been 748 days since the last status update. I’ll go for the N-400 interview with my spouse ready also for the I-751 interview even if it’s still stuck at “ready to schedule an interview”.

God’s favor has been on my process even if it’s taken a while. I still trust Him to take me through the finish line. I moved to Iowa from Las Vegas for school. I chose not to change my mailing address for everything including taxes, just changed my physical address. I fly to Vegas to get the stamps on my passport.

It’s been a long wait but every process comes to an end. To all the 2019 filers and others who’ve been waiting, yours is on it’s way too.

I’ll be back for an update

My friend who received interview in Sacramento FO, would like to know whether the civics test questions that immigration officer will ask, are they computer generated just before the interview or the immigration officer will ask at his discretion. Mainly concerned on the 2008 version 100 questions and 10 questions by the immigration officer for the answers

Any one from sacramento field office,CA , could you please inform the procedure for the interview.?

Oath Ceremony - New York
Hello everyone,

I had my naturalization interview on February 12th 2022 in Holtsville, NY. They said I should get a notice to attend my Oath Ceremony in the following weeks but it's been more than a month and nothing yet.

How long does it usually take to get a notice to attend the Oath Ceremony?

Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Call Update this AM
Friends,
I called USCIS today as my login wasn't working from last couple of days. When i asked them about the delay, the agent said the file is at National Record Center in Montana. Agent said they just the access to see one level down to update petitioner about delay causes. Agent also mentioned, it might take from one week to few months to get interview scheduled due short staff and high number of cases wit NRC. so waitttttttt...

Hope the insight helps...
