Received a mail on 26th August to submit passport at VFS/VAC office. In addition, was asked to add a one sentence description as to why the primary applicant physical presence is required in the United States on a separate piece of paper. So I added the company and designation details with one sentence on a white paper(not on company letter pad). Submitted the passport and document on 30th August at Bangalore VFS office. Status changed to AP from refused on Sep 1st.

I have received green slip last year during my h1 extension and now after appearing for interview I have got yellow slip. They are asking for detailed project description including technical project description, employer, timeline, current status, etc. Has someone submitted like this information earlier?
