Case Created: 31 March 2021 Interview Date: 1 April 2021 (221G issued due to my field of work comes under Technology Alert List (TAL); I was asked to submit details of my past and future research work, CV, travel details etc.) Document Submitted: 2 April 2021 Last Case Update; 1 April 2021 Case Status: Refused ******************************************* Updates: 07/14/2021 - "Last Case Update" date changed from 1 April 2021 to 14 July 2021 07/14/2021 - Received an email from [email protected] to submit the passport to nearest VAC. 07/15/2021 - Passport submitted to New Delhi VAC center. 07/19/2021 - Visa approved with NIE (without separate NIE exception) 07/22/2019 - Passport collected

I interviewed on June 14th. Was given a yellow slip and asked to fill form 5535. My application changed to Refused. Updates: June 30th Update, application remained Refused. July 15th was asked to submit my passport July 19th Application changed from Refused to Administrative Processing. (July 20th was a holiday in my country) July 21st Application changed to issued. Waiting for my passport now

No additional documents requested and collected passport. In case if I need to communicate embassy, is there any email?

Greeted each other. VO: What does your company do? Me: Answered VO: What do you do at your company? Me: Answered. VO: Do you have an end client? Me: No, I am an FTE at my Company. VO: What is your work location? Me: Answered. VO: Since when are you working in the city of your work location? Me: Answered. VO: Does any one at your company has end clients? Me: Yes, there are a few teams who work for particular clients at the client's locations. VO, handed me a blue slip, know your rights booklet, my I-797 and my Passport and said "your Visa is under Admin processing, could you please send your I-797, H1-B petition to the email address marked on the slip". Me: I have my H1-B petition along with me. VO: I know, but please send it via email. Me: How about the Passport? VO: You can take it, we will let you know when you can drop it. Me: Thank you officer. Update: June 16th: Received email asking me to submit my passport June 23th: Collected passport June 27th: Travelled to United States

Attended interview on March 25th,during interview checked documents like LCA,contract between employer and client after that received a white slip and check box is your application requires additional administrative processing.Any comments or help on timeline appreciated. Got the email for passport submission on June 16 . Submitted passport June 21. Refusal to Admin processing June 22 Issued June 24.

I attended my interview on May 19th. The interview was very short, the Consular Officer only asked about my study plans (not TAL related) and how i was planing to pay. At the end of my interview I was placed on administrative processing. The next week I received an email asking me to fill a DS5535 form. I sent the information that same day. My CEAC status changed from "Refused" to "Administrative Processing" on June 16th. The date did not updated before june 16th. On june 22nd the CEAC status changed to "Issued".
