I had an Finger Prints on May 23rd and Visa interview on June 6th 2016.Interview Questions were common,who is your client,what is your Qualification,Which University you studied(Did MS in US).They asked me to wait in Lobby,then a lady called and gave 221g saying that Case is under administrative processing.They havent requested for any Documents also.

I have contacted the ustravel docs phone number and came to know that my visa was refused and petition sent back to USCIS. But they never updated the CEAC status website. CEAC website still shows Admin Processing, very irresponsible people... Finally after 1 year and 8 months, I got to know that my H1B is APPROVED. You can read the whole story here

I have attained interview on 28 april and officer ask couple questions regarding salary, company, client and job description. Later they ask us to wait for further processing and then they gave us white form with questions regarding last 15 year traveling, residence address and so. After that he gave us white slip for further process. Now I don't know how long it would take but I am worried a lot.

I had my interview for my H1B renewal. Officer asked me for I-140 approval which I did not have (as per my company policy they can not issue). Officer said that he needs I-140 approval notice then only approve the visa. My company attorney had sent the I-140 directly to them. As per their email, it takes 2 business days to make the decision. Today is the second day and I am hoping that I will hear back from them by EOD today.
