So far i haven't received any status change.

17th Oct 2019 - Appeared for Interview, received 221g-Yellow slip. VO asked to re-submit only the updated client letter as he want to know if there is still a requirement. May be in submitted copy had backdated travel dates.
23rd Oct 2019 - Submitted the document
30th Oct 2019 - Client confirmed that USCIS reached out to them for verification
Case is still showing AP with last updated date of 17th Oct 2019. Not sure how much time more would be require to conclude the process as client wants me to join from 1st Jan 2020.
07th Jan 2020 - Got email to submit passport
08th Jan 2020 - Sent Passport to consulate
16th Jan 2020 - Case status changed to Issued
18th Jan 2020 - Received stamped Passport
I think here is no timeline based on what color 221g slip you get. As i have met my colleagues who got same 221 color slip asking for same document but they received stamping within 2-3 weeks, mine took 3 months LOL :D.
