First time H1B interview on September 20th. Interviewer has asked only basic questions like,salary,who is your end client, etc.
taken client letter and has given 221g blue slip . On October 4th client has received an email about my project start date and after that no updates so far. In case if there is an update how do they communicate to us? Is it through email?(email given in the DS-160 form?)
My visa was changed from L1b to H1b.
Any one has done H1b stamping once the visa was changed from L1b to H1b?
Anyone in September time frame waiting for the updates?

VO asked basic questions like designation, location of employer, highest degree and was I intern before current full-time job.
VO told me that my visa will need little Adminstrative Processing and gave me 'know your rights' pamphlet. She did not give me any white slip.
Statuses on ceac website:

Nov 19th AP
Nov 21st AP
Nov 22nd Issued and can take up to 10 days to get Passport
Next day after the interview I logged into f1 SEVP student portal to check my record. I saw that there was a stop date (10/1/2019) added to my OPT stem extension record. Earlier only initial opt was stop dated (9/30/2019) which included cap-gap extension. We can see this in History tab.
I think because I was intern for 6 months VO wanted to make sure I did not break any f1 visa rule.

"Your application was refused for Adminstrative Processing, we need to give you 221(g), right now we don't need any documents from you. Will have to do some Adminstrative processing and inform you. When informed you need drop your passport and other documents if mentioned at OFC center."

I had consular interview on Nov 15th Asked some basic question about my EVC model job profile. Question about my opt dates ( my opt ended in nov 2015 and I started my cpt in Jan 2016 which I dropped in the month of oct 2016 as my H1B was approved in the month of Sep 2016). VO took my passport and gave me a green slip didn't mention about any documents to be sent, but did mention consulate may reach out to me in case they need any documents. I heard nothing from the consulate.

VO asked basic questions like salary, place of stay, etc.
Issued 221g blue slip with the latest job duty document as job duty letter is 6 months old. And passport returned too.
I went to submit a document on 11th November at VFS but they have denied my submission as VO does not tick the option of "submitting."
I was asked to send mail to the support team on how to proceed with my case. Sent mail on the same day and got a reply 2 days after asking me to submit the required documentation to the VFS center.
Submitted the document at VFS center on 15th November. Waiting for the reply.

Hello,
In my Yellow slip, all they are asking is Petitioner's letter, I-129 and LCA but it says it has to come from the petitioner but visa officer didn't specify who needs to submit. (me or my petitioner). Can someone help me who needs to submit?
