Attended Visa Interview on 08/19 in Chennai. I was asked questions related to my previous visa Denial and how long i was out of status in US. VO has asked for Client Letter, Vendor Letter, W2. After sometime, she gave back all documents and kept Client Letter and handed out 221g blue slip. I have informed the situation to my client, vendor and employer but none of them haven't been contacted yet.
Status hasn't changed since Aug 19th,2019.

Hi Everyone,
I applied for B1/B2 visa for business trip on behalf of my company here in Ireland. As I am from Pakistan, the VO at Dublin Embassy critically skimmed my application on his computer. He asked few questions which went very well but than he said what sort of company do you work in? I said I work in engineering consultancy company but the project that I have meeting for is a design and construction of Pharmaceutical company. Than he said, you have done Chemical Engineering, right? I said YES. After that he said I am going to send your application for further processing and you should email me your CV, which I did very next day.
Now after research I realize that I might have been TAL now as I am chemical engineer and work in pharma industry which both are TAL areas.
My query is, what are expected TAL processing times? and if anyone here can suggest the time line from dublin and Pakistan
