my Spouse response: 4 Years.
interview was over and VO gave 221g white slip with "Your Application require additional administrative processing before a final decision can be made" option as selected. and VO gave case numbers along with the slip.
VO kept our passports with them and not returned to us.
can you please let me know anyone has experienced same pattern and how many days it took to get passport

I went to VISA interview in Delhi Consulate for H1B renew and got 221g form. Submitted all requested documents by 23 October and no update since then.

This is my first H1B. I have been in USA on F1. Since I got my H1B, came here for stamping. I have been a blue slip and refusal for administrative process has been checked. Haven't asked me to submit any docs so far. Upon tracking my case, it just shows AP.
My status date got updated twice before my approval and on oct 18th, in the portal, I was asked to collect my passport and it was approved.
