14th August I submitted my passport for dropbox at Mumbai consulate
21st August I received a 221-g green slip to appear for interview
23rd August I appeared for interview. At the interview I was asked a few questions regarding my work location, salary and client information, which was a formality as the VFO had already filled out the 221-g yellow slip and asked me to submit the following documents via mail 1.Client letter 2.itinerary of service and 3.Contract between my company and client
16th October The status on CEAC website shows administrative processing, contacted the consulate via mail and call and the standard response is to wait for 180 days. Hope this get done soon!

I was requested to take a medical evaluation since I had a DUI in 05/2015 which was resolved in court. Completed medical evaluation in Mexico City (nearest medical panel to Guadalajara). Clinic says document delivered on 09/26. Consulate continues to maintain they have not received the documents. Consulate resent request to clinic for documents on 10/07. Clinic confirmed documents were electronically sent on 10/07. Consulate continues to maintain on 10/08 that they have not received the medical documents.
This is my 4th H1B renewal and I work for a reputed organization full time.
Has anyone else come across this situation. I welcome any advise from folks who have had similar experience.

8/29: Attended interview for stamping, VO asked basic questions on who the employer is, who the end client is and asked for a client letter. Asked for salary. Since I was in India since January, asked what I was doing since january. She goes in and comes back, gives a Blue slip with no docs required, and returns the passport.
