140 After NOID Response and still no decision, I am frustrated.
It's been 140 DAYS since I sent the response for my NOID to USCIS but there has been no response since then, I am tired and frustrated. I haven't seen my siblings and parents since 2015, I need to take a break from this madness. Please share your advice & suggestions with me on what to do next, I've tried Emma severally and also called requesting for a call back from a TIER 2 Officer. My legal representative is suggesting that I file a Mandamus and probably take the case to litigation but told me my chances of winning the in court is very low due to large number of republican judges in the immigration court, that would probably deny my case and let the LION 'USCIS' consume me.

Shipped to BMT Feb 8th 2022
Filled and printed my N426 to BMT, they all said I can’t signed but I did all I could to make sure the Base Commander signed. Immediately I got access to my phone after graduation I scanned it in and submitted.
April 1 2022 Submitted online
April 8th Actively reviewing and no Biometric required
June 8th scheduled for interview
July 21st Interviewed, Recommended for approval, scheduled in line for Oath and sworn in all in same day.
Even as military, still go with all the documents you have, Tax retuned, marriage certificate, birth certificate and all. He asked if I have I said yes and I showed them to him. Fortunately he’s an 0-6 officer in my base, what an irony
The day I knew my Interview date, I already book my appointment at USPS for my passport.
Drove straight to USPS and submitted my passport.
June 26th passport in progress.
This Forum has been helpful since day one of CPT-OPT-I485-N400 now the journey is over.
God is indeed good….

came on f1 visa never attended school and applied for asylum. now married to US citizen. can I still apply for a greencard? or do I need a waiver? I did not go to school because I was running away from persecution so I applied for asylum 5 months after arrival. Do they look past misrepresentation because I applied for asylum?

PLEASE I NEED HELP
I was denied because of sponsor and advised to open for i-209

After almost 5years USCIS finally denied my case . I was told that my sponsor had signed for multiple people.

RFE was issued and my mother in-law filed another i-864 for me and it was denied because the last name on the birth certificate was the one she was using when before she got married

Applying for Re-Entry permit as Permanent Resident - what to put for Class of Admission?
Hi,

I'm applying for re-entry permit. I came in the US as F1 International student, then recently went thru Adjustment of Status F2B (Parents sponsored child) and became Permanent Resident.
In the form, it asked for Class of Admission, do I put F1, F2B or both?

Thank you

Interview canceled
Hello Everyone,

I need your help if anyone can tell me what to do. So, i got married December 2021 and did the biometrics on march 2022, still waiting for ssn and work/travel permits. I received and email yesterday saying that they have taken an action in my case. Turns out they scheduled and interview for my greencard (hence that i still don’t have ssn or anything yet) when i went to the website in the document section it says that interview is canceled without giving any reasons. BUT from outside it still says till now that interview is scheduled and I didn’t receive any mail yet. I called them and cs said she don’t know why it’s canceled. Should i still go what should ir do??!!
