Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello everyone,
Can someone help me by sharing his or her experience with me. My lawyer filed form EIOR on my behalf and it was received by the appeals board on May 7th 2001 and since then I have not heard from them . How long does it take for them to take a decision on my appeal. Anyone with such experience should please share how it was responded to. Also did you have work authorization when your appeal was in process. Thank you,

So i went to my interview in October of 2020 but still haven’t received any notice and still on “Interview was scheduled”.. Ive not seen my family for 8years so I gathered the courage and went home to visit my family with my advance parole. Trust me it was super smooth than what I expected.
Customs took my passport when I got to Washington and walked me into a room where there were about 4 people there sitting in there. I waited for for 10mins and the Officer mentioned my name and asked for my date of birth(told him my DOB)then he handled my passport over to me without asking me no questions… I was paroled for 1year!
Gather the courage and go out and visit your families if u need to! I’m glad I did 💯

Hello everyone trying to get an infopass appointment but nobody has called me back after calling the service number my information was collected such as phone number and email and i was expecting Texas center to call me but no call yet. How long does it take to schedule infopass I used Emma the last time and i got appointment within 2 weeks but now Emma is not scheduling infopass. please if you recently schedule an appointment can you please tell me how long it takes. I need one urgently I have a job that i need to resume by end of the month and my I751 is still pending thanks

Hello, my husband and I had our interview at the San Diego office on April 04, 2022. We had plenty of proof (from taxes to life insurance, to car purchases, leases, etc).
The officer seemed very pleased with us and our docs; we had a nice interview overall.
At the end of the interview she said she would recommend our case for approval and congratulated us, but she would have to give our file to her supervisor, just because of her seniority. She is a young officer, and did mention she's relatively new.

Our i-130 was approved 2 weeks ago, but case status for i-485 is still stuck at "Interview was scheduled". I haven't gotten my EAD yet.
I called the Customer Service and they said file is still with the supervisor. I don't want to call them too many times, so they don't think I'm desperate for a GC. I have no other interest in this GC but to go and see our families.

Below is a summary of our case AOS (c)9 marriage with US Citizen:
• PD 10/12/2021
• Biometrics 11/10/2021
• Interview scheduled 03/01/2022
• Interview at San Diego local office 04/04/2022.
• i-130 approved 04/18/2022.

Good Morning on 20th April I filled out online application for address change. I got conformation on my email. I already have conditional green card I didn't submitted my application yet for I-751. My questions is how long it does take to get conformation through mail from uscis? Does somebody have experience with this process thank you in advance for your answer.

I have applied for adjustment of status based on marriage in July 2021. I was scheduled for an interview on March 23, 2022 but the interview was cancelled a day before and I was told that the local office (Boston) has not received my files. I also have a pending asylum application that i filed in 2015. I recently went to the Boston Local office and they told me that they have requested my asylum files and they have not received my files yet (and waiting on the officer to mail documents to the Boston office). My asylum files are in Arlington, VA as my home address used to be in Arlington, VA. I have requested the Arlington office for an inquiry into my case and even the Boston Local office made a second service request. I was wondering if anybody else has been in a similar situation and if there is anything that they have done to request the asylum files sooner so that the interview can be scheduled. Please, let me know

I received my EAD and AP card in April, 2022 for a EB3 downgrade petition filed in Nov 2020 by my employer. My I-485 petition (USCIS received Nov 5, 2020) is pending with Texas Center.

My I-485 petition final action date is not current under EB3, but will be current under EB2 next month (based on projection on Travel bulletin for Priority date:December 10, 2013).

I wanted to get your advice on options to add my fiance to my pending 485 petition. Few questions below:

I will be getting remarried in June, 2022. My I-485 petition was filed as Divorcee. Few questions:
1) What would be the petitions to file for my future spouse who is an Indian Citizen, residing in India to bring her to the US?
   Assuming counselor processing is the fastest route following petitions have to be filed:
   a. Form I-130, I-130 A and Form I-824 Application for Action on Approved Application or Petition to add spouse : Duration: 5-7 months processing time
   b. Upon approval of above, and notification from NVC, submit Form DS-261 and form DS-260, Form 864- Affidavit for support Duration: 8-10 months after I-130 approval
   c. Consulate appointment in India - to obtain GC. Duration: 3-5 months to process

2) Can I apply for H4 visa consular processing for my future spouse? My H1B is still valid till Aug 14, 2024.

3) My fiance has plans to do her Masters Education in the US. Is it safe to apply for an F1 visa knowing the above petitions will be in process?

4) Is there any other option to bring my future spouse to the US sooner than the consular processing timeframe above?

Initially my i130 and i485 both got rejected in November15, 2021, but I filed EOIR 29 against the denials now my i130 is approved on April 22, 2022 but my i485 is showing reopened...Can anybody guide me/tell me what should I filed to get my i485 approved ? Or what will be next thing to do ?

Hello people has anyone ever received an update online saying correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it ? It my first time to receive this update is anyone familiar with this? How long does it change and what does it usually mean this is for I 485 thank you
