I751, still waiting.
My case was received January 4th 2021 and I’ve received two extension letters. I filed in California and I’ve been checking the processing times and it’s 7.5- 11 months for California and the “receipt day for case inquiry” is in May 2021 so it says if I filed before the that I should check the “outside normal processing time” well I did taht liem 2 months ago and still nothing. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Idk what to do at this point. Should I call? Will it even help? 😕

I need Advice
November 18 2020 USCIS received I-751 package. (POTOMAC SERVICE CENTER)
March 15 2021 (Fingerprint reuse).
November 10 2021 (Filed N-400 online and Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS).
December 15 2021 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another office for processing)
December 16 2021 (Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction).--National Benefits center

Now after waiting this while, I caught my spouse cheating countless times with so many evidences when I was emotionally depressed after I lost my mom and grandma at the same time. I wouldn't go into detail but now she is threatening to get me deported after she has taken all my immigration documents (i.e all USCIS receipts including extension the letter). The only thing I have on me is my expired green card.
Fast forward she made me sign an agreement that she will only sign an auto appraisal offer if I accept she wouldn't pay anything in the house (my car which she asked me to add her name during the purchase to help her build her credit) I have been the one making the auto payment since the purchase.
I am thinking of filing for divorce but I don't know what next to still get my permanent residence card. I need an advice or if anyone has been in a similar situation.
Thank you

I751 RFE received
Hi, everyone.
I'm seriously depressed and confused on what next to do.
I got an rfe letter from uscis December 2021, the letter stated I didn't submit enough evidence to suggest my marriage was entered into in good faith, thereby asking for more evidence to determine my case.
I responded to the letter with all the evidence I could gathered.
Auto insurance.
Life insurance
ID cards showing same address.
Bank statement was initially submitted
Tax transcripts filling separately.
Vehicle title in both names.
2 affidavits initially submitted.
20 pictures.
Health insurance.
Lease agreement for 3 years.
I had 60days to respond to the rfe which the deadline was February ending, but I responded and sent my response sometime in January. Few days after I mailed the response my status changed to response received.
But since then nothing has changed and it's over 56days now.
Please, do anyone have an idea what could be the issue?
Service center is Nebraska.
Thanks

I-751 Nebraska center processing times?
Hi all,

I've applied 1751 back in August of 2021, our docs and proofs are solid since we're genuinely married, when can I expect it to be processed? The processing time for LIN2190454xxx series for 1751 at Nebraska service center is almost 3yrs. Does anyone has some insight on this?

Thanks!

Can I travel to India with a I751 24 months extension receipt in hand, and a past expunged misdemeanor under 500
Can I travel to India with a I751 24 months extension receipt in hand, and a past expunged misdemeanor under 500? I'm thinking of travelling later this year and get married to my US citizen wife in Indian tradition, I will be flying alone to India first and my wife will be joining later, and we would return back together. Since marriage is not an emergency, is this safe to travel in this situation?Hoping some answers for this situation, thanks!
