Place:- B.K.C. Mumbai.
My Visa Status: APPROVED.
I managed to reached there by 7:45 a.m. and found huge lane for 8:00 a.m. appointments. VC office guards, ask us to wait outside for 9:00 a.m. batch.
By 8:40 a.m. they allowed us to make queue for our batch.
Before entering into Visa Consuseller office, be ready with your passport only. No need to show your Confirmation letter too (back side of your Passport they have already pasted one sticker and it has everything).
After getting inside, they will scan all of your belongings (wallet, watch, your folder, documents by scanner). After that collect your stuff and move ahead.
You will notice almost 5 big lane of chairs (as your entered Left corner's first chair will be first). Go and relaxed yourself. Let's get ready to move inside in queue (as chair sequence) again.
Move inside, you will notice 43 counters are there in which last 3 one is again going to take your finger prints and scan your passport. After this, let’s get ready in queue for your turn.
There are 40 VO's are sitting and some of them are sitting with translators. Guy's working over there will ask you to go and stand in front of Specific Window.

Interview Date: 05/26/2016 : 10AM.
Huge crowd.
Don't bring your back bag and all. Just the documents.
Just 3 questions were asked:
Consular, a lady, asked for my passport.
1. What is the purpose of visit?
2. Which place are you visiting?
3. How long will you stay there?
That's all. She smiled and said "My visa is approved".
I did not have anything other than my Passport with me. Thank God she dint ask for Client invite letter.
Must to have Client invite letter.
Be confident, keep smiling, answer the questions in short sentences until and unless asked to elaborate.

Ans: 2 weeks.

Ans: 1.5

My suggestion:

A old lady was taking interview ahead of me. She was speaking in Tamil. I was surprised by seeing VC speaking in Tamil. She was verifying all her documents and some conversation going on between them. Later she called Some other person who is good at tamil. Even he is not clear with her answer. She keep on saying I have to attend Marriage function. She got rejected. Still she is not ready to move she was requesting VC. Then security person asked her to leave. Then comes my turn.
