Hello guys , im a new user and i need help
i filled for I360 and i485. After Responding to RFE on my i360, i received my EAD with Code C31. On my app it showed green and there has not been any other update(its 10 days now) while my I485 status has not changed since 660 days ago (and its blue)
first, receiving an EAD C31- does that mean my VAWA is approved?
second- since the status on I360 is green and shows ‘ Card was delivered to me by mail’. - what next should i do
third- has anyone been in this situation and what will be the next move

Hey, I wanted to share my progress to date:
NBC filer arrived on K1 Visa.
11/04/19 - PD Date
12/04/19 - Bio metrics taken
12/04/19 - I-765 and I-485 updated to state bio metrics taken.
12/16/20 - I-485 ready to schedule interview
12/22/20 - I-485 interview scheduled
Interview scheduled for the end of Feb.
I've had no update on I-765 or I-485 and are still at the finger prints taken status. Does this matter in this instance or should these come before I-485?

I married to Green Card Holder in March, 2017. Case received at NBC
I filled the form i130 in May, 2017
My PD is 05/15/2017
I have waited until October 2019 to hear an updated from uscis. Nothing changed on the online case status. They only sent me an interview notice that scheduled my wife and I an interview at Sacramento Field Office.
After 5 weeks of that interview, my online status changed to case was approved
I started applying for I485 i131 and i765 on Dec 2019. My received day is Dec 20, 2019.
Biometric was taken on January 24, 2020.
I don’t know if they will schedule anymore interview in my case because we already did one. Our marriage is over 2 years, as some information I read online, I will receive a 10 years green card.
I try to use the app Lawfully, the app shows that I will receive a green card between April and June. Hopefully this is correct.
Yesterday I received email from NVC. They said Uscis transferred my case to NVC. they will schedule me an interview in my home country. I sent an email back to NVC told them that I already applied for adjustments status.

I am super frustrated. Tomorrow will be my last day at work, and I am not ready to leave.
Last year I received my EAD in 11 days from the filing date, and maybe it had something to do with filing the I-140 in premium processing, but it was definitely unbelievable and an extreme.
And this year, I'm at the other extreme- my case has gone beyond the normal processing time and I'm at the brink of losing my job. I've tried all of it at this point- case status inquiry, tier 2 officer and wrote to my local congresswoman's office on Monday.
I don't know if this has anything to do with the RFE we received for the I-131. This has been such an exhausting process.

Jan 22 my RFIE for affidavit of support received by Uscis, this morning I look in Usps informed delivery and see another mail coming from USCIS mailed Jan 23 did anyone experience that.

Getting the sense that only renewals are being approved.. :-(
First time L2 filer, its been 5 months..and really don't want any more factors to get added for the delay.
