My EAD was approved on Jan 28 so I want to share with my timeline with you and give you some hopes.
Married to LPR, NBC.
485,765 &131 PD June 17,2019.
When I almost give up to check the status, my 485 was updated to “ready to be scheduled for interview” on Jan 10, and yesterday, Jan 28, both my 765 and 131were approved after 7 months wait.

Hello Guys
Is it Ok for someone to apply L2 EAD from USA and then go back to India and resume with the job until EAD approves.
Is it necessary to be in USA till L2 EAD approval happens.

I have interview on Feb 21st and today my EAD card was approved. Why did they approved when I have interview soon? Can you guys explain?

When should I call USCIS?
Hey guys!
My PD is July 18th and I will be outside of processing time in 25 days. This is still a long way to go. Not here to complain. I know there are some others with longer waiting times.
My question is: should we wait until we are out of processing time to call USCIS? I guess the official answer is yes. Anyone heard of someone close to the deadline that was helped by USCIS?
Again, my respects to all of you who are out of processing time and still waiting patiently.

How long it will take to get a decision once the case is assigned to an officer ?
I contacted customer care (Emma) and the agent told me my case is assigned to an officer now and review is not completed. any one help what that means ? and how long it will take to get a decision ?

Expedite documents
Hi guys,
So finally months and months of calling uscis and sending expedite requests which was first ignored by USCIS and then they went to send me an RFE and was told that everything was on hold until I send the required documents, finally I was able to send the documents needed and USCIS received my documents yesterday. So right after that, I sent another expedite request yesterday again, on the basis of financial loss and this morning, they sent me an email asking for additional documents to be faxed. So my question is what documents should I send to get my EAD expedite approved on the basis of financial hardship? Has anyone had the same situation recently and have got their expedite approved? Any kind of help will be much appreciated.

Second expedite
Hey guys,
Ok I’m writing again. Last week requested second expedite on my I-765 and then I faxed the evidences to support after I got their email !
Now yesterday my status changed . It should have changed to evidence of support received but instead it changed to “EXPEDITE REQUEST RECEIVED” that means on 27th January, wth
And today it again updated but just the date. So again my status is”EXPEDITE REQUEST RECEIVED” now on 28th January.
Idk why they are doing this and what they wanna do . Just frustrating
And then why they have employees to chat or talk when do don’t have any freaking access to any information. All they ever say is I apologize!
Anyone with the similar situation?

Yesterday I shared my case history. Today I got another good news. June 21st 2019 filed I765, I485 and I131. married to LPR. NBC.
Yesterday interviews scheduled.
today new card is being produced.
Based on all the experiences I'm reading these days, they are working much more efficiently during the last two weeks.
