Case ready to be scheduled
Hello my favorite people of the internet,
My case updated last night to “case ready to be scheduled for interview”. At 9:30pm, might I add. Now obviously I’m not all excited because I know it could be months until I hear anything about the combo card, which is why I’m here, asking for your wisdom.
Please share how long you’ve waited or how long you think it may take between case ready to be scheduled and card is being produced (let’s go with the longest, cause umm, I seem to belong to that category). Btw RD is May 13, RFE in July, nothing-nothing-nothing, case ready to be scheduled January 24. I’m in NYC.

Thank you, and have a great weekend!

Second expedite
I don’t really understand why these uscis people are so retarded, I made an expedite in October and even sent the proofs but then I got rfe on my I-485 and due to which my I-765 got on hold too. Yesterday I called them and asked to do something on my expedite cause it’s for sure more than 45 days and they put another expedite instead. Now I got an email asking for proofs again! Dude, you already have them.
Priority date is August 7.
Anyone with similar kinda stupid situation !
And anyone can tell what’s best to do other than sending proofs again z
Thank you guys

EAD Expedited through Congressman
Congressman's office told me they'll give me an update in 2 weeks. It's 2 weeks plus 1 day now. Still nothing. They have been very professional and helpful and always responded to my emails timely so clearly they have done what they can.

Being kept in suspense for months on end has been excruciating, now it's even more so as I await the decision on my expedited request. If it's approved then I may be able to receive the card just in time before my current EAD expires next month. If denied, I will just have come to work every day and count the days till I get terminated...

Hello folks,
Any L2 EAD July 2019 filers from California center have had any progress this last week?
Would you mind confirming if your receipt is in a similar range as WAC199031 **** ? I have not seen much traction in this range off-late :(
Thanks.
