I-485/765/131 RD July 25th 2019
No any updates, just “case was received” till now.
Have requested an address change in August, don’t know if it will delay the normal processing time?
I always checked on receipt numbers (other people’s cease) that after mine, they all showed card was delivered or case was approved around December or January this year. It makes me really frustrated. Their RD/PD are even later than mine.
I see the I-765 normal processing time is getting closer to my RD (today shows June 16th). Sadly, this posted date is adding only one day everyday (I checked the website every night). I’m wondering if I can get my 765 approved and my EAD mailed out when the date becomes my RD.

My expedite was denied
After raising two expedites that were ignored and today they finally thought oh we will respond by denying your expedite. I am just at a loss for words, USCIS is evil

Who to believe?
Just got a call back from a level2 officer who said that he didnt see any rfe in his system. What is going on here? And I should call back next week to find out if my expedite was approved. I'm just confused and I'm not gonna stress anymore.

Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
A couple of questions with laying out the background first:
Married to LPR
RD for I-130: April 5, 2018 at California
RD for I-485,131 and 765: June 3, 2019 at NBC
On December 2, 2019, I-130 case was transferred to NBC from California
Today, the status for 485 has changed to ready for scheduling an interview.
However, none of the I-130, 765 or I-131 has been approved.
I raised 3 SRs for I-130 and 1 SR for I-765 and still not heard back from them.
Also sent a request to Ombudsman for I-130. Trying to get help from a congressman too.
A couple of questions:
1. How much longer will my EAD be approved generally speaking?
2. Typically how long will it take to receive the actual interview date for I-485?

Expedited Request and Outside Normal Processing Time Service Request
Filed I-131, I-765 and I-485 on Jun 17th (NBC). No updates on any cases since fingerprint appointment. We have our wedding ceremony planned in Mar 2020 in our home country, but I can't travel without the combo card.
Contacted local congressman office for help two weeks ago and they are working on the case - they said normally took them 4 weeks to get a response from their liaison there.
Lawyer helped submit an expedited request yesterday (Jan 21st) as we paid significant amount of money as advance payments to the wedding vendors - will hear back on the expedited request in 5 days.
Tomorrow I am able to open a service request for my cases outside normal processing time. Should I do that? I heard it may hinder the expedite request. Anyone have same kind of experience?

L1 EAD - extension @ Vermont on15th August- Expediete denied
Applied L2 EAD on 19th August @ Vermont center.
I have called USCIS for expedite my request on 22nd January 2020 and told reason is financial loss.
Today morning 23rd January - status is expedite denied because you did not provide evidence of an extreme emergent need.
Customer representative asked expedite reason only, she didn’t asked evident.
What’s your suggestions? Does anybody experience same kind of issue?
